DYNAMICS OF LEADERSHIP INTRODUCTION Holding hands and bringing the walk to a destination are the definitions of lead. Leadership refers to "leadership ability" and is defined as "the power of a leader, the ability to be a leader." The skill of inspiring a group of individuals to take action in pursuit of a common objective is known as leadership. In a professional setting, this may entail leading co-workers and employees with a plan to serve the needs of the organization. To different people around the world and in various circumstances, leadership means different things. It might be relevant to political leadership, religious leadership, community leadership, or campaign group leadership, for instance. A leader directs others' actions while also inspiring people to take action. They must possess the interpersonal skills necessary for others to obey them and the critical thinking abilities to know how to make the greatest use of the resources available to an organization. The topic of leadership is popular across all social groups. A leader is someone who exudes strength and energy. I'm hoping that the Dynamic of Leadership course will help me to gain the information, abilities, and strategies I need to be a strong leader. 05
DYNAMICS OF LEADERSHIP OVERALL REFLECTION First of all, I would want to express my sincere gratitude to Associate Professor Dr. Jamilah Ahmad, the lecturer for my Dynamics of Leadership course, for providing me with a lot of advice and guidance on this subject during the semester. In order to be a competent leader, I have learned a lot. First, the presentations that were given helped me to learn more about confidence. I have to pick one of the suggested subjects, then present it to my pals. Then, I also picked up a lot of knowledge from my friends regarding the subjects they discussed. I can discover a wealth of insightful knowledge on a subject. I've studied a lot of theories and models that can serve as a roadmap for an organization. Additionally, Datin Seri Panglima Datuk Dr. Hajah Nuinda was asked by Associate Professor Dr. Jamilah to present a discussion on women in leadership. The discourse has motivated me to develop into a committed leader. Overall, I feel more confident now than I did before because to this subject. Without a doubt, this subject has contributed significantly to my increased self-confidence. 06
