การถามนากอ่ นการอ่าน (Priming Questions) คอื การถามคาถามกอ่ น
เรียนเกีย่ วกับเรือ่ งท่ีจะอา่ นเพือ่ เป็นการกระตุ้นให้นกั เรียนสนใจเร่อื งทจี่ ะอา่ น

การทาความเข้าใจคาศัพท์ (Understanding Vocabulary) คือ การศึกษา
คาศัพทท์ ี่ปรากฏอยูใ่ นเร่อื งและหาความหมายของคาศพั ทเ์ พ่อื ให้นักเรยี นมี
ความเข้าใจในการอา่ นเนอ้ื เรือ่ งมากขึ้น

การอ่านเนอ้ื เรื่อง (Reading the Text) คือ ข้ันการอา่ นเน้ือเร่ืองแล้ว
วิเคราะห์ความสมั พันธ์ระหวา่ งคาถามกับคาสรรพนามในเนื้อเรอ่ื ง ตอบคาถาม
เก่ยี วกับเรื่องทอ่ี า่ นเพอื่ กระตุน้ และส่งเสรมิ ความเขา้ ใจในการอ่าน รวมถึงฝึก
การคดิ วิเคราะหข์ ณะอ่าน

การทาความเข้าใจเน้อื เร่ือง (Understanding the Text) คอื การตรวจสอบ
ความเขา้ ใจในการอา่ นของนกั เรียนโดยให้นกั เรียนตอบคาถามหรือเติมคาหรือ
ข้อความให้ประโยคสมบูรณ์

การถา่ นโอนข้อมูล (Transferring Information) คือ กจิ กรรมท่ีนักเรียนนา
ความรู้ท่ไี ด้รบั จากการอ่านมาเขียนในรูปแบบอื่น เช่น ตาราง แผนภูมิ หรอื
รูปภาพตามความเหมาะสมของของข้อมูล เพอ่ื พัฒนาความสามารถดา้ นการ

Structure) คอื กิจกรรมท่ีนกั เรยี นตอ้ งเรยี งประโยค เรื่องราว หรือเหตุการณ์
ท่ีเก่ยี วข้องกบั เนือ้ เรอ่ื งและนาประโยคมาเรียงตอ่ กันในรูปแบบของอนุเฉทให้ได้
เน้ือเรื่องท่ีมีใจความ

การประเมินผลและการแก้ไข (Evaluation and Correction) คือ การ
ประเมินผลความเข้าใจการอ่านของนักเรียน คือ กิจกรรมที่นกั เรยี นประเมิน
ความเขา้ ใจจากเนอื้ เร่ืองโดยการเลือกคาหรือกลุ่มคาใหถ้ กู ตอ้ งตรงตามเนอื้
