WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO
UNDERSTAND YOURSELF?

Because no one else gives shit about you. It is you who need to understand yourself,It is
you who need to analyse yourself .Unless you understand what really you are worth of
you can't proceed in your life.For stepping ahead in your life it's important to have self-
confidence.Unless you don't know what really you are or what really you are capable of

you will be as a stone in the heaps. So having mutual understanding with yourself is
must and foremost.

Way back when I was in grades 5-6 I have bullied because of my skin
tone, teeth, and hair. , since I still don't care how other people see
me and also I'm still young at that phase, I only care is having fun
and socializing with others so it doesn't affect me anyway so I still

don't fix myself at that moment. But then when I graduate and
moved on highschool,

PHYSICAL SELF "Learn to embrace your flaws"

As you can see ,This phase makes me changed, but i don't
literally changed myself because while I'm gradually growing
up i realizes some things that i cant realize way back when i

was a child. the only thing that i changed on myself is my
insecurities, but also as i grow up and getting matured

women, my mind realizes that u dont need to be insecure and
affected by what others said, because it's me, this myself i
dont have to prove others just them to like me

SOCIALSELF

This is my OG friends,this scenario was capture
when we're grade 10 after announcing the with

honors and i have them since we're grade 11.

I love being socializing with
people specially to all of my
friends but different circles.

Right afterwhen our group gets cold and it turns out that we're not necessarily
talking anymore this group create and this group make my happy life betterer

because they are with me through ups and downs we are also helping each
other to get up simultaneosly thats why we graduated at the same time and

were honored.

After we graduated in SHS we created again a group of friends
which is they're the people who with us to celebrate our

blowout they are also the group that up until now we're still
stong together.

This is the most exciting part of my social self because the people that i taking a selfie didn't t expect
that i will be close to them like that like for real!! Im so lucky that ihave friends unlike before when i was in
relationship argh! nvrmnd hahaha anyways, i just wanna say to them that im so lucky that i have them all!

As a person, I don't get too obsessed with materials or things, but as you can see in the pictures there are
food, bikes, and (Alberto) sandals. that things I think I deserve but not that too specifically because my
parents sponsored all of it and as I grow up, I can also sense that'll treat myself with my own money so I
can buy what I want that it's not always the hope of the parents, but since I'm an only child, they spoil me
for the things that they want for me even if I don't like what they offered to me they will still buy nor give

it, TBH i appreciate the little things even more especially when from parents.

My coping mechanism is to travel and feel the presence of
nature because I love to explore especially when it comes
to nature, I got this thing for my mom hahaha because she
loves also nature like super when u visited her FB u can see
that her post is all about hikes in HK and I'm so amazed that

she do it, haha but I am in another way.

PoliticalSELF

I'm not against politics but I'm also not joining that kind of campaign, of
course, I was young then so I don't pressure myself on campaigns that I can't
relate to as a child but when I'm gradually growing up and I'm legal age now I
realize something that you should understand what's politics because it will

not only help you but also to our country.

FUTURE SELF

As a future Social Work to improve general wellbeing and
support communities' and individuals' basic and complicated
needs. This profession work with a wide range of groups and
sorts of individuals, putting a special emphasis on the weak,
oppressed, and poor. This skill enables the social worker to pull
together key ideas and themes regarding the most important
aspects of the client's problems, and also provides focus and
continuity to the interview.
