Detailed Design The design included:

- Air Source heat pumps serving
heating and hot water.

- 100kW PV with capacity for future
expansion.

Everdene House
(Naden House)

Naden House (now Everdene House) was a former meat
processing factory converted to offices in the 1980’s. In a
poor state of repair the building was fully stripped back
to its portal frame and rebuilt, creating new and vibrant
offices for Magna Housing Association.

Market Sector Procured under a traditional contract
Offices Cooper Homewood Ltd produced the full
MEP design from conception to completion.
Location The scheme includes a number of passive

to all our projects, with our directors being closely involved from inception to completion, which
ensures quality and Client satisfaction.
Samantha Pope - Our specialist lighting designer - started her career as an Electrical Design Engineer and
expended her technical knowledge whilst using her design flare in lighting to complete a vast number
of high end projects in London and Hampshire.
Using interior design techniques her appreciation for the entire design and knowledge of luminaires,
Samantha takes the lighting design from brief to realisation resulting in a highly efficient project. The
service can be a combination of concept boards and luminaire ideas through to full 3D visualisation
layout plans and technical data.
