Rod is responsible for managing all business activity
for the construction company. His responsibilities
include acting as Company Safety Director, the
supervision of supporting staff and the review of all
subcontractor’s insurance for proper coverage.

Having successfully constructed the Postural Restoration Insti- PROJECT SIZE
tute Vision Clinic, Ron Hruska, PRI’s Executive Director asked
Kingery Construction Co. to take the lead role in a design-build 5,400 sq ft
effort to create their new home.
The team worked with the staff of PRI to implement a number BUDGET

Willow springs

NEBRASKA SURGERY CENTER

Kingery Construction Co. completed 5,328 sq ft remodel and PROJECT SIZE
an addition of 2,041 sq ft, to the Nebraska Surgery Center
building on the Saint Elizabeth Medical Center campus. 7,369 sq ft
The project entailed a complete removal of the exterior skin of
the building, remediation in the wall cavity and reconstruction BUDGET
