ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Recognised Matriculation or Foundation with CGPA 2.0; OR

Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with two (2) full passes or equivalent
with minimum CGPA of 2.0; OR

Recognised Creative Multimedia Diploma or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of
2.5. (Candidates with CGPA between 2.00 and 2.50 may be admitted, subject to an

internal assessment process);

In addition to the requirements stated above for the Diploma and Bachelors levels,
it would be beneficial for students to have a pass in Mathematics at SPM or equiva-
lent for programmes in Animation And Visual Effects, Games Development, Media

Innovation, Sound Design, Video and Film and Virtual Reality.

ACADEMIC FACILITIES

There are currently 23 labs in UniKL MIIT and the number is still growing to cater
to the needs of our students. All labs are equipped with the best config rations

and latest software for teaching and learning purposes.

All programmes have specialized labs and studios, with sufficient workstations
and easy access for students to learn, work on their assignments and complete

projects related to their field of study.

Students may opt to bring in their own laptops as free WIFI is provided.

ACCOMMODATION

UniKL MIIT provides its students with hostel facilities that prioritise
cleanliness, safety, convenience and conduciveness for learning. Our
hostels are gated and guarded 24/7 for both students’ and parents’

peace of mind. Two hostels are currently available for local and
international students.

This co-ed hostel features 2-bedded and 4-bedded rooms. UniKL MIIT Residence 1
Jalan Tanduk is situated in a mature neighbourhood, with many amenities nearby,

such as F&B outlets, shopping complexes, bus stops and train lines. It also has
premium rooms which come with air-conditioning.

This male-only hostel features 2-bedded, 3-bedded and 4-bedded rooms (subject
to availability), it also has premium rooms which come with air-conditioning. This

hostel is situated in the same vicinity as UniKL MIIT Residence 1 Jalan Tanduk,
where food, shopping and transport are plentiful, with easy access to campus and

the city centre.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
EXCHANGE MOBILITY PROGRAMME

The University Kuala Lumpur International Student Exchange Mobility Programme
provides eligible students the opportunity to undergo a one-semester internship at
various partner universities in other countries such as Republic of Korea, Cambodia,

Indonesia, Kazakhstan, France and more.

Aside from gaining industrial experience, such programmes also enable the students
to adapt to interesting new outlook of customs and activities.

The programme also facilitates approved scholarships. For more information, please
