on the itinerary and/or program shall be advised by the crew.

COMMON THINGS TO BRING

(at your own risk): Dark trousers, sports-attire (sport shoes for
out door activities), long sleeve inner for women, necessary
medicine & other appropriate attire etc.

ATTENDANCE Regional Managers/ Liaison Officers

are to coordinate attendance of all the participants under their
purview. Any absence of the participants and reason for
absence MUST BE notified to the Organizing Committee.

CANCELLATIONS Any cancellation of

participation from this program for whatsover reasons should be
notified to the Director Retail Banking in writing.
The cost of cancellation (if any) shall be borne
by the respective staff; at the Bank's discretion.

CODE OF CONDUCT Please observe at

the Bank's SHARIAH governance, the relevant Bank's policies
and procedures at all times.
