EVENT TIME Athlete Drop-Off and Check-In 7:15 AM Athlete Processional / Opening Ceremony 7:45 - 8:45 AM Participant Transportation to Venues 8:45 - 9:15 AM Warmups 9:15 - 10 AM Tournament Start 10 AM SCHEDULE & LOGISTICS FOOD Athletes, coaches, and delegation heads will be served a kosher lunch at their competition venues. Spectators may purchase food from on-site snack bars or local restaurants. All venues are located near Route 202/Concord Pike, which has numerous dining options, from dine-in restaurants to drive-thrus. MEDICAL There are medical stations at all venues with trained medical professionals. TRANSPORTATION Athletes and coaches should meet their buses immediately following Opening Ceremony. Parents and spectators should proceed to their cars after Opening Ceremony to drive to competition venues. If your athlete is competing at Naamans Little League, please consider walking (less than 1 mile).
