Low risk Food Low risk foods mean food that is unlikely to contain micro-organisms and will not normally support their growth due to food characteristics. Examples of low risk foods are grains, cereals, bread, carbonated Beverages sugar based confectionary, alcohol, fats, oils and hot beverages.


Low Risk Food By Definition Is Less-likely to cause Food Poisoning Because They Have High Acid Content (Ph 4.5 Or Lower) Low Water Content.
