1. Why do you think you will do well at this job?
A. I think i will do well because, I have the right qualities and professions to complete the
task required for this job.
2. How do you handle criticism?
A. When being criticized it is important to remain in a calming manner and not get upset or
yell at the critic, for it is professional to remain calm at all times.
3. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
A. 5 years from now i see myself becoming a successful entrepreneur and owning my own
business.

A. It all various on the situation because i wouldn't want anyone to make me choose
between a interest i like myself and one that i don't for the company, that would be like
putting me against myself.

A. My three greatest strengths, are customer service, speech and being a hard worker.

A. My first approach to solving a problem is figuring out what's the problem and a way to

A. Some of my interest outside of work would include playing sports, reading, and going out
with friends.

A. I prefer to work in a drama free environment also where the employees get along and
the work environment is fun and steady.

A. My coworkers would describe me as being easy to work with and also fun to work with,
because i am more of relaxed cool person to work with.

A. If i had to describe myself in one word it would be independent, because I like to do
things on my own i tend to get them down faster and better that way.

A. My working style is hands on learning.

A. I make decisions by going through the pros and cons ten deciding what i feel is the best
choice.

A. My greatest fear about this opportunity would be messing it up and not being able to

A. I would tell the manager how i feel, and talk to him about it and see if there is anyway we

A. One thing i wuld like to do better and follow direction visually and not have to be hands
on for me to memorize things. My plan on improving would be to practice on it alot that
way i can accomplish it.

A. Some of my coworker petpeeves are smacking gum, Not being polite to customers or
handling the situation corretly, not knowing what they are doing but acting as if they do.

A. I feel that im more of a leader cause most of the time I know what I’m doing and dont
have to struggle.

A. One career goals are owning my own business and become an successful entreprenuer.

A. The knowing that god woke me up for another wonderful day.

A. The thing that motivates me the most are the customers knowing that I’ve made them
happy and able to enjoy their service.
