Martha Kaufeldt brings a wealth of
experience and knowledge to her
motivational and dynamic workshops and
keynotes. She is a full-time trainer and
consultant with an extensive background in
brain-compatible teaching and learning.
She has taught at all grade levels, served
as a district level gifted coordinator
and staff developer, and most recently
was the Lead Teacher and restructuring
coordinator of a demonstration
“brain-compatible” school. Martha is
also a master at designing integrated,
4 meaningful curriculum.

Think Big, Start Small
Martha will provide participants with information to
understand the connection between differentiation and
brain-based instructional strategies and how successful
implementation leads to increased student engagement
and learning. Teachers, leaders, and administrators will
gain practical skills to dramatically increase student
engagement and learning. Specific strategies for
how to create a brain-friendly environment in the
classroom and how to differentiate effectively based
on brain research will be shared. Participants will
gain an understanding of how to consider learning
preferences and the thoughts and behaviors of
students to create a classroom that enhances learning.
