Executive of
Finance

The Executive of Finance is responsible for developing and managing the
CSS budget, tracking expenses and general financial management. The
budget will be developed with input from the President and other mem-
bers of the Executive team and will allocate CSS funds based on the pre-
vious years spending and expectations for the next year. The Executive of
Finance will be responsible for collecting, vetting and recording expense
requests. General financial management includes overseeing the CSS
bank account, managing POS tools and deposit/collection of funds from
various sources.

In 2018/19 the Executive of Finance did not have a director. The core du-
ties of this position can be done by one person, but a director may be
required if large projects are undertaken (i.e. incorporating the CSS).
