obtained from the Belgian ETEX group, known for their Eternit branded products, a global giant in bercement sheet production
with over 100 years of production experience and technology, has become Turkey's leading company with three production facilities
in a total of 125.000 m³ production capacity and wide product range by 2015.
HekimBoard sheets, obtained with a method called Hatcheck in developed countries, a modern production method where a large
number of bercement layers are brought into a compact structure with a special press and blending method, are autoclaved at
high heat and temperature and become incredibly resistant to even the most trying atmospheric conditions. HekimBoard sheets,
which can be safely be used at weather extremes from desert heat to the cold of the poles, can be produced with at surfaces, they
can also be produced with many different patterns using very special production methods to look like natural stone, cedar or
walnut, stone masonry or bricks, and with this feature provides innumerable aesthetic solutions.

HEK M YAPI; A Hekim Holding company, Hekim Yap Endüstrisi Sanayi ve Ticaret A. . was established in 2001 with the aim of
manufacturing cement based solid facing materials. Following the completion of studies, it was observed that the

SHEET PRODUCING
There are currently three main product groups in the natural cement sheet product range of Hekim Yap . There are,

HEK M YAPI has completed three new investments in 2011. The first of these is the EPS and rock wool insulated
sandwich panel facility. With an annual capacity of 2.000.000 m² production, this facility, produces different types
and sizes of roof and wall panels under the brand of HekimPanel up to 1.25 m width and up to 16 m length. The
second HEK M YAPI investment is the EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Foam) plant with an annual 500.000 m³
production capacity. At this facility, high quality white and carbon EPS block, sheet and injection products are
manufactured under the HekimPor brand. The third investment is the EPS insulated press panel production line
produced with the Yap Pan brand.

PRODUCT Fibercement Board
RANGE The large size sheets which can be used in the interior and exterior siding is produced with the HekimBoard brand.
Sheets with a standard width of 1250 mm can be produced in two different lengths as 2500 mm and 3000 mm.
Production is possible with measurements other than the standard width and length. There are different varieties of
sheets according to their usage area (interior or exterior applications) and surface appearance.

Fibercement Siding
Is a natural cement clapboard plate with a cedar or walnut pattern surface, stiffened in the autoclave, used in
overlay exterior siding covering applications with aesthetic appearance.

Roof and Façade Sandwich Panels
The annual capacity of the HekimPanel production facility is 2.000.000 m². At the facility where production from 600
mm to 1250 mm width and 16.000 mm length panels is possible, from 40 mm to 150 mm thickness 3 or 5 step roof
panels and three different types (H-system, hidden screw and spliced system) wall (façade) panels can be produced.
Our products, presented on the market under the brand of HekimPanel, bring a new dynamic to the market with the
various alternative choices, and will present the most economical solutions to the demands of end users with
different product needs.

EPS Insulation and Injection Products
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS - Expanded Polystyrene), is a typically white coloured thermal insulation material
derived from oil, in the form of foam, thermoplastic and closed cell. It provides the same thermal performance as
other materials in the most economical way, is not deformed over time, it is a thermal insulation material which is
consumer and environmentally friendly.

Press panels, produced at the Hekim Yap facilities under the brand of HekimPan, are produced with the

WHAT ARE THEY?
Our HekimPanel branded sandwich panels, are in two main groups as rock wool insulated and EPS insulated.
THE MERGER OF
Our roof sandwich panels are two varieties, 3 and 5 step. The minimum sheet thickness vary between
PANEL WITH 0.36mm and 1.0mm, and there are various colour alternatives. The thickness of the roof panels, with both
INSULATION rock wool and EPS insulation, can be between 40 and 150 mm. Our exterior surface sheet metal, interior
surface PET roof pannels produced to be used on the roof of closed environments with corrosive gases are a
good solution alternative for end users.

Our siding sandwich panels are gathered in 3 main groups as hidden screw siding panel, cold room type
siding panel and H type siding panel. The sheet thickness of these panels and colour alternatives are the
same as roof panels. The insulation thickness of the hidden screw siding panels starts from 50mm, the cold
room type and H type siding panels from 40 mm up to 150 mm. In the siding panels there are three types of
different surface appearance as pyjama, zet and plain. To be used as partition wall in interiors, PET/PET
material siding panels are also available in our product range. Our product which makes us stand out in the
sandwich panel sector is our SEF wall panel, whose exterior is sheet metal and interior is fibercement
natural cement sheet. In these panels, 8 or 10 mm thickness fibercement sheeting is used as interior
surface. With this special product, we present a product which is resistant to acidic environment resulting
from animal waste and is also economical for the large and small animal farming sector.

On our panel line sandwich panel production from 600 mm to 1250 mm width and 16000 mm length can be
carried out. On the same production line, we are also able to produce uninsulated 3 or 5 step trapeze panels
without insulation.

AESTHETICS
In order to save on energy and fuel costs in the cooling and heating of buildings, thermal insulation is
required. Thermal insulation to be applied to structures, may appear like a large investment, however
with savings on heating and cooling costs, the investment in insulation will give returns within 2-3 years,
and will provide thermal insulation for the lifetime of the building. In summary, the aim of insulation, is
to provide insulation against hot air in the summer, and cold air in the winter. On structure surfaces with
thermal insulation applied, mold and black marks as a result of condensation (moisture) do not occur,
paint or plaster does not peel.
