Preface We are delighted to express our deep appreciation to IPG Kampus Kent, our lecturers, and classmates for their outstanding support and collaboration throughout our field trips. The lecturers have gone above and beyond to ensure that we received a comprehensive learning experience that extended beyond the scope of our textbooks. The activities that were thoughtfully planned for us were an enlightening experience that will remain with us for the rest of our lives. The enthusiasm and dedication of our lecturers towards teaching have inspired us to strive for excellence and achieve our goals. We are grateful for the extra effort and time that they invested in helping us acquire not only the course material but also essential skills in critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork.
