The Value Conversations concept is based on the sales framework. The modular approach allows us to customise
topics and skill building to the most relevant needs of your sales force. By learning how to determine the customer’s
stage in the buying process, sales professionals are able to quickly adjust their approach and learn to use impactful
tools and techniques to create customer value.

The first level of modules focuses on the foundation, the fundamental skills needed to initiate a conversation, gain
customer trust and understand the value perceptions of the client. The second level is developed for sales profession-
als who already master the foundations and want to upgrade their skills in advanced questioning skills or customer
communication.

The successful creation and leading of a sales team requires a particular skill set of identifying key revenue and
profit influencers, combined with short- and long-term planning of sales activities. Monitoring hard and soft met-
