Cheque/Payment
Our terms are payment on the day and to charge interest on overdue accounts. Intending
Purchasers not known to the Auctioneers, must produce, prior to bidding, an acceptable
Banker’s reference. Under new regulations introduced by the Bankers such references are
now obtainable by them direct from their Bank. Unless an acceptable Banker’s Reference is
produced PAYMENT IS STRICTLY CASH ON THE DAY OF THE SALE. The Auctioneers reserve
the right to withhold purchases until cheques are cleared.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Please take extreme care when in the cattle penning areas.
Loading and Unloading - please use the side gates and chains and ensure dock gates
are kept closed.
No children in cattle penning areas
No public in cattle areas once selling has commenced.
Please use hand washing facilities after handling livestock.

MARKET OPENING TIMES
The Market drive gates are locked from 9pm to 6am
Customers are respectfully requested to keep noise to a minimum if loading or unloading

during
early morning or late evening

All farmers and buyers need a free parking permit for market days.
(Available from the Market Office)

REFRESHMENTS – Refreshments are available from Farmers Feast Cafe
in the Agricultural Business Centre.

REMOVAL OF STOCK

We strongly believe that it is in the best interests of the cattle to be delivered to the purchasers
farm on the day of sale.

If you are planning to buy please ensure that you have transport on standby to remove your
cattle on the sale day as soon as possible and no later than 9pm.

All vendors have signed a declaration confirming that if the cattle are over 42 days on the day of
sale that they are either from a 3 or 4 year testing parish or if from a 1 or 2 year testing parish
that the cattle have had a clear TB test within 60 days of the sale
