NOTES TIME is of the essence. Please be punctual. Any changes

regarding the itinerary and/or programme shall be advised by the
crew. ROOMS will be advised upon check-in. Room arrangements
are final and no exchanges are allowed, for security and
coordination purposes.

COMMON THINGS TO BRING

(at your own risk): Dark trousers, sports-attire (sport shoes for
out door activities), long sleeve inner for women, necessary
medicine & other appropriate attire etc.

ATTENDANCE Regional Admin Supports (RAS) are

to coordinate attendance of all the participants under their
purview. Any absence of the participants and reason for
absence MUST BE notified to the Organizing Committee.

CANCELLATIONS Any cancellations/ no shows

on participation for whatever reason should be notified to the
Director of Retail Banking in writing. The cost of cancellation
(if any) shall be fully borned by the respective staff. Waivers
(if any) will be at the bank’s sole discretion.

CODE OF CONDUCT Please observe at

the Bank's SHARIAH governance, the relevant Bank's policies
and procedures at all times.

HEALTH SOP If any participant is feeling unwell or

developing symptoms during the event, to seek
medical assistance immediately.
