Initially known as YPMR, a private limited company in the construction
business formed in 1973. Harta Prima Realties Sdn Bhd (Harta Prima)
is a wholly owned subsidiary of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA).
Harta Prima is principally involved in the provision of Integrated
Facilities Management, Building/Infrastructure Construction Services,
Trade Distribution, Asset Management, Environmental Management
and Talent Management
