Sussing out the Style at the… DAVINIA AND
DAWN KNIGHT
IRISH TATLER
KILLASHEE STYLE AOIBHÍN
ICON COMPETITION GARRIHY

The sun was shining and the style stakes were high at the Irish Tatler CHARLOTTE
Killashee Style Icon Competition at the Tatersalls Irish Guineas Festival BRADSHAW AND
at The Curragh. On the day, the fashion set was out in full force, making JEAN ANN TAYLOR
the most of the glorious weather and fresh palettes of whites and pastels
reigned supreme as the judges took to trackside to spot their favourites. AMANDA O’KELLY
Leading the charge finding the Most Stylish lady was Irish Tatler’s June
cover star Aoibhín Garrihy, herself dressed in a stunning white jumpsuit and
wearing a Suzanne Ryan jewelled headpiece, while taking the task of finding
the Most Stylish Man was 2FM presenter Eoghan McDermott. Beating off
stiff competition from stunning lilacs, neutrals and some bold black and
reds, Dr Jane Mulrooney from Galway took the prize for the ladies, wearing
a flute-sleeved Roksanda Ilincic dress in white, Louis Vuitton shoes, an
Hermès bag and a hat by Irish milliner Martha Lynn. Her prize included a
two night stay at Killashee Hotel, with a Champagne afternoon tea and

treatments in the spa as well as a shopping spree worth €1,500.
Representing the men on the day, overall winner Stuart Montgomery
rocked up in a grey suit with burgundy check from heritage brand Marc
Darcy and shoes from Paul Byron in his hometown of Mullingar. He also
took home a weekend break for two at Killashee Hotel, tickets to the Irish
Oaks at The Curragh and a €500 shopping spree. Both winners were also
presented with a magnum of Louis Roederer Champagne, and Irish Tatler

goodie bags with treats from Clarins and Bellamianta.
