Employee Resource Groups

What are Employee
Resource Groups (ERGs)?

Claire's ERGs play an important role in supporting our diversity,
equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. They bring together
associates who share common interests in building
communities, creating allyship, enhancing professional
development and networking. With a focus on collective and
individual empowerment, our ERGs offer organizational support
and access to decision-making for minority groups, such as
POC and LGBTQ+ individuals, but also to women and young
people.

As an employee, being a member of an ERG offers you the
possibility to be part of our incentive to foster a respectful and
inclusive company culture, by contributing to the building of
communities, the organization of company events, the
celebration of diversity and the establishment of safe spaces
for minority groups. Membership in an ERG is open to all
employees in the organization, whether or not they share the
characteristics of the ERG's focus.

Employee Resource Groups Mission statement

Woman & Woman & Girl Power aims to provide their members a
Girl Power community that helps them grow personally and

professionally with intent to support opportunity and equality
for women and girls both in and outside of work. They provide

a platform that empowers women to lead and to learn and
encourages ally members to be a part of the change.

Vision

Woman & Girl Power aims to raise the status of women by unapologetically
demanding equality so that on a macro level as a group women can become
stronger and on a micro level become more confident, assertive and in control of
their own lives and rights. They desire to be a value adding asset to
a blueprint for all other organizations to follow, ultimately positioning ourselves as

both internal and external facing. They aim at creating a safe space for
associates to share their experiences and be supported by peers and mentors,

cultivating a more diverse and inclusive workplace, showcasing the work of
women associates across the organization, as well as representing the

organization and the larger community.
