Power Yoga Cardio/strength/circuit bonanza with patterns of 3 minutes
cardio, 3 minutes strength with 3 different exercises for each
TOTAL muscle group.
Strength:
Yoga: The ultimate core (abdominals, back, obliques)
strengthening workout. Learn how to tone all muscle
groups and the core simultaneously. Say good-bye to
crunches forever.

An easy-to-follow yet challenging class that will strengthen
and tone muscles in weight room style. You have to check it
out!

Eclectic style of Hatha Yoga with emphasis on stretching,
strengthening and relaxation for a total mind/body
connection workout. Relax and enjoy.

Cardio Dance This class is a great place for beginners to start a cardio
Jam: fitness journey with guidance from your instructor. Low
impact moves will be the norm, but you can intensify your
workout or tame it as you see fit. Dance your stress away!

3D Challenge: Cardio/strength/circuit bonanza with patterns of 3 minutes
cardio, 3 minutes strength with 3 different exercises for each
muscle group.

Tai Chi: Improves strength, coordination, and flexibility for all fitness
levels. Clear your mind—relax your body.

Yoga: Eclectic style of Hatha Yoga with emphasis on stretching,
