Overcoming Weaknesses
My personality strengths are as following, out spoken, energetic, outgoing, friendly, and
goal driven. Unfortunately my weakness lies in my blind optimism. I view everything
positively, even though everything is bad. Blind optimism can be a very dangerous form of
denial. Overcoming blind optimism is easy but, difficult to see the problem. For me I just
have to evaluate the situation. Once the situation is evaluated I have to distinguish the pros
and cons, instead of just looking at the bright side of the situation. Sometimes there isn’t a
bright side and instead of being in denial I just need to accept the facts and stop denying
and overlooking the problem.
