Market studies are completed to identify primary trade areas within a market for new
restaurant growth. Target trade areas typically include a mix of households and daytime
population, as well as vibrant, high-performing retail and restaurant uses.
CO-TENANCY
Typical co-tenancy includes vibrant
tenants within their categories. Gourmet or
first tier grocers are typical co-tenants, and
there is a strong preference to be in close
proximity to health clubs and upscale soft
goods retailers.
VISIBILITY
Strong multi-directional visibility from the
primary street is a key tenet of First Watch’s
development strategy.
