Beven was born and raised in Chicago’s historic Lincoln Park neighborhood, and now
lives in East Wilmette with her husband and four children. In between, she spent a
lot of time in just about every neighborhood on Chicago’s northside and also lived in
Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Cleveland. Beven has bought, renovated, and sold four
homes of her own, in three different states. The longest any of these homes was on
the market was just 10 days. Through these experiences, she developed a love and
passion for the joys of home ownership. She also appreciates the value of home
renovation, to make your house your home. Beven loves helping families find the
best home possible for their own unique situation. Whether you are relocating to the
North Shore of Chicago, debating a move from the city to the ‘burbs, or looking to
