INTRODUCTION

BACKGROUND APPLICATION

 GEDUNG JUANG 45 RIAU

Since 2019, the Juang 45 Building of Riau Province is no
longer functioning properly, previously this building was
one of the struggle museums owned by Riau Province.

lopekbugi is LopekBugi Bu Elis, which is located on Jalan
Arifin Achmad and near Lake Bingkuang, Kampar.
This food, also known as lepatbugi, is made from coconut
milk, pandan water, salt, black glutinous rice, and rice
flour. There are two types of lopekbugi sold here, namely
white pulut and black pulut. Both are sold at the same
