1- Introduction

The dynamic voltage regulator DVR-M1 series is a single-phase device with multimeter, which has all the protections

inside it, working very fast. DVR-M1-M3 encoding is explained below.

1.1. General information about the product

1.1.1. Operation principales of voltage regulators

Voltage regulators are the machines that provide the constant voltage that you need by correcting the drops and
swells that occur in the mains voltage. Our DVR-G-MM voltage regulators operate fully automatically for voltage
regulation without any user intervention. Once the regulators have been switched on, you can measure the mains
voltage continuously and automatically perform the necessary raising or lowering operations, giving your system the
constant voltage required for a healthy operation. Servo regulators consist of variac, servo motor which controls
Variac, electronic motor multimeter card which controls this motor and booster transformer. The start torque can
quickly correct very small voltage changes thanks to the high DC servo motor and the control system that can respond
quickly to voltage changes. When the regulation is completed, the servo motor is de-energized with the help of the
electronic braking circuit. It has high efficiency and no output voltage distortion. You can safely use any area with
regular electricity needs without any problems,

The DVR- M1 provides the following:

Undisturbed pure sinus voltage regulation.
AC voltage balancing with extremely high sensitivity.
When the input voltage is between 65v ... 310v, the output voltage is ± 0.4% (219,2 v - 220,8 v).
Trouble-free operation from 0% to 100% on all charges.
Protection from long-term overloads and shorts.
When protections are activated, record the number of protection trips and the reason for each parameter separately.
Recording the mains input voltage limits, and load current values.
Protect the user from negative voltages.
Protection of the user and the device from excessive current.
Static, not dynamically adjust output voltage very quickly without user notice.
Do not show all values on screen even if everything is in bypass mode.
Manual transfer to byapas regime when regulation is unnecessary.

The DVR- M3 provides the following:

1.1.2.PACKING AND STORAGE

When storing the device, no more than 4 pieces are placed horizontally from top to top. Pay
attention to the pictures on the package. The humidity in the storage environment should not exceed
90%. The ambient temperature must be> -40 ° C <+ 60 ° C.

1.1.3. REMOVE THE PACK

Carefully remove the appliance from its box, the appliance should not be damaged.If the
shipping time is crushed in the box of the device notify the shipping agent. The packaging of the device
must be protected as the warranty expires.

After the appliance has been handed over, care must be taken to ensure that the package is
opened carefully and that the appliance contained therein is not damaged. After opening the packaging,
it should be examined whether the device is damaged during transportation. For this, package switch,
NH fuses in the front panel are examined. Beware of broken or disassembled parts. It is determined that
the monitors inside the front panel are damaged. Do not operate the device against the possibility of
damage if there is any sound coming from the inside of the device,

2- Security precautions

• There should be no elements that can affect the operation of the device around it.
• Do not use the appliance in the same environment as flammable liquids and gases.
• Never open the housing covers without separating the appliance from the mains supply
• Do not use the device on people who do not have enough information.
• The installation of the device must be done by a qualified electrician.
• In case of malfunctions, please contact the technical service department of the device only.
• Have the fuse panel of the power input-output connections of the device.
• Be sure to earth the device. Otherwise, the manufacturer is not responsible for the damage caused.
• When leaving your home or workplace, if you do not have the devices you need to operate, be sure

to turn off the main switch in the regulator (0), or operate out of work at night in the main switch

network.
• If your regulator is a triple type, divide the current distribution into three parts and make a balanced

installation to a qualified electrician.
• Only use spare parts recommended by the manufacturer when necessary.
• The manufacturer can not be held liable for damage caused by improper use of different materials.
• When the device is operated at values ​outside the declared current value and the voltage value, take

the main switch off (0) when possible, such as the odor spark. So you can interrupt the incoming

energy.
• Do not supply electricity to the device without grounding the device.

4- Starting the voltage regulator:

1- Ensure all switches on the device are open in the (OFF) position «0».

2- Open the lid that closes the input-output electrical terminal clips, connect the cables according to the
operation above the terminal, and tighten them

It is strictly forbidden to connect the grounding cable to the NEUTRAL terminal.

• Do not supply power to the appliance without grounding in accordance with the regulations
on "electrical connection".

ATTENTION !If the devices in the input / output terminals are not tightly fixed in the
installation place, the device will recognize the unconnected locations according to the
damage within a short period of time. (The electrical input / output terminals of the unit are
not covered by the warranty.)

3- Be absolutely sure of the sorting marks in the input-output terminals on the device.
4- Install the terminal protective cover and secure it with screws
5- The consumer on the field should be given after the warning when the appliance is switched on after
the connection.
6- Turn the circuit breakers on the main panel ON.
7- Set the automatic thermal-magnetic circuit breaker flag to "ON" position on the front panel of the
device.
8- Set the packet reversible switch on the front panel of the device to «Mains».
9- After that, the «MSС- 72-03» - «MSС- 96-03» multimeter screen opens.
