book Photos

The chance to take Chapter Handbook
photos is here! The PR Committee will
be at the ICC to take chapter photos starting Monday, March 7. If you are
comfortable with the photo already in the chapter handbook, then please

disregard this message. If you would like to get a picture taken, please sign up
through the SignUp Genius link provided HERE. Sorors are asked to sign up

by no later than 11:59pm the day before your selected picture day. Please
come in Black attire with White pearls and arrive at least 10 minutes before

your appointment for any last minute adjustments.

If you are unable to make an appointment, you have the option to submit a
photo. Below are the guidelines for submitting a photo:
1. Wear Black attire with white pearls.

2. Choose a neutral or solid white inside wall for a background. Pictures taken
outside will not be accepted.

3. Photographs should be taken as a headshot. Full body or selfies will not be
accepted.

4. Submit your photo to Soror Brook Strickland at
[email protected] by Saturday, March 19. Please include your

name as you want it in the handbook in the subject of the email.

It's time for the Spring Refresh!

The Chapter Retreat Committee presents to you the Spring Refresh! Please watch the
video to hear all about what is in store for you. As a part of the Refresh, we will together
make a refreshing smoothie before we begin and two mocktails during our breaks. Please
see the next page for the items you will need to participate. If you have any questions,

March Chapter Meeting will be in a Hybrid Format
(in-person and Zoom)

For in-person attendance, mask and COVID-19 vaccination are MANDATORY. No
COVID-19 test required.

AZΩ COVID Vaccination Database

All sorors attending any in-person event or activity must present proof of full
COVID vaccination for each event. As Alpha Zeta Omega Chapter transitions to
hybrid and in-person events and activities, we have created a database that will

allow us to eliminate the need for sorors to physically present proof of
vaccination when attending our events. Please CLICK HERE to enter your

*If you are attending the Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference (MARC), this

information is required by March 17.

Interested in serving as a delegate for Boule?

If you:
1.Were a financially active member of Alpha Zeta Omega Chapter in 2021,
2.Have attended at least one in-person Regional Conference or Boule in the
past 5 years,
3.Have regular attendance in chapter activities and meetings,
4.Have the financial ability and availabilty to attend the full in-person AKA
70th Boule in Orlando, Florida from July 10 - July 15, 2022, and
5.Will attend all plenary sessions during Boule;


you are eligible to represent Alpha Zeta Omega Chapter as a delegate for the 70th

Boule in Orlando, Florida. The Boule will be both in-person and virtual.
Delegates must attend the Boule in person. Delegates who fulfill all obligations
will receive a reimbursement of $450. If you would like your name entered in the
random lottery to be held during the March Chapter meeting, please email
Madam Basileus ([email protected]) by the end of the day March 12,
to be included in the lottery. Type "Boule Delegate Lottery" in the subject line of
your email.
