The Family Reunion will open with a fun and exciting “Meet and Greet”. Friday, July 22nd starting

at 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., .

Come and enjoy games, a movie, appetizers, beer and wine. Games will include team building and

card playing. Also Trivia and classic board games will be provided. This event will not cost any

additional fees. It is included in your reunion registration fee.

Wind down and get prepared for a fun filled Saturday!

Saturday, June 23rd, Family Reunion Picnic - Carnival

(Please wear your Family Reunion T-shirt)

Complimentary Breakfast served 6:00am – 9:30am – Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport
11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Welcome All Park (We will meet at Pavilion #3 at 11:00 a.m.)
4255 Will Lee Rd. Atlanta, Georgia 30349 (Directions will be provided on Friday July 22nd ) Fun
filled activities include- Carnival style games, volley ball, bounce house and face painting. Picnic
style food will be provided
Park Provides the following activities
Basketball Court
Baseball field
Children Play Area
Indoor Swimming Pool (additional fee- $3 for Children/ $4 for Adults)

3:00 p.m. – 6: 00 p.m. Take in the sights or relax and prepare for a night of dancing

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Buffet Style Dinner – Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport Ballroom
Now it’s time to get ready to hula at the Hawaiian Hunt Dance “All White” Attire. Dancing starts at
9:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p. m. Midnight – Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport Ballroom. Music
provided by live DJ; capture the moment in the interactive photo booth; and enjoy cocktails in the
open bar with our infamous Mixologist
