DEL IVER PERFORM DESIG N DISCOVER PURPOSE-DRIVEN DESIGN PROCESS We plan, design and engineer solutions for your purpose to thrive. Our process is simple. We start by understanding your purpose – your vision, desired culture and core values. Why are you driven to do what you do? What do you intend to do in the future? How will you do it?
DISCOVER During the discover phase, we get to know you and your organization better. This phase includes understanding your people, the products or services you offer, the spaces you use, and the expectations you have for your internal and external stakeholders. The discover phase helps us establish project goals and requirements and validates them by interacting with your team and assessing your site, building and space. DESIGN We work closely with you during design to evaluate different options and determine the optimal solution for your project. Once we have agreed on the conceptual design, we move on to the schematic design, design development and construction documents phases, continually ensuring your vision can be realized within the established budget. Once the design is complete, we send the project out for bidding and select a contractor to build it. DELIVER The deliver phase is where your project comes to life. We are here to assist you through the construction process, ensuring that the project is executed according to the design documents and specifications. We provide the necessary clarifications and direction you or the contractor need to ensure that your vision becomes a reality. PERFORM Once construction and building commissioning are complete and occupancy is obtained, our role does not necessarily end. Instead, we continue into the perform phase, where we ensure that your building and spaces meet your expectations. We offer a range of services to identify any potential modifications required for the building systems. We also collaborate with you to implement workplace strategy changes. Additionally, we work with the contractor to obtain any desired certifications such as WELL, Fitwell or LEED.
