Message from Business Manager

Dear Colleagues
Thank you for an awesome month!
KZN ended on 129% of target. PFS ended on an awesome 121% of target. As a result,
we have caught up cumulatively and we are now on 101%. KZN has moved to 102% of
target cumulatively. Karl is ecstatic and so am I. Thank you for your huge contribution to
this bumper month. IFS our sister unit had a bumper bumper month ending on 196% of
target. That really was a phenomenal performance. November and December comprise
18% of the total year’s target so it is crucial that we maintain the momentum.
In PFS, we had 8 advisers who topped the 100 000 score. Well done! 28 of 55 advisers
met their individual targets.
Our Top Adviser this month was Vimlesh Rajbansi, with Brett Walker coming a close
second. These two were the trendsetters for the advisers in the 100 000 group. Thank you

A special word of Congratulations to one of our young professional Demitri Kambourakis
who this month delivered 96 473 score. Awesome!!

The race for Senior Champion is on, with Vimlesh and Shalen making sure that we will not
know who will win until December cut off. There is only a 90 581score difference between
them with Vimlesh in 1st position currently.

Our Newcomer group continue to perform well and make us proud. The following 5
advisers deserve a special mention – Trevor Ngwenya – 42 932; Hashika Premji – 23
219; Dwayne Govender – 19 120; Kavi Reddy – 16 748 and Reshen Singh – 11 890.

Our newcomer group did very well with Trevor ending first on 42932 score. A warm
welcome to Danie Viljoen, who in his first month achieved an awesome score of 33 864!
Well done. Hashika – 23219, Dwayne – 19120, Kavi – 16748, Reshen – 11890, Shalina –
10 499 all out did themselves this month. It is a super performance from you all. I am
really proud that you are part of PFS. Keep it up.

Cumulatively, Dwayne Govender is leading the race for the PFS Junior Champion.
Anusha Lakhna is keeping him honest. She is only 7860 score behind. It might be the first
time that PFS has a female Junior Champion and a female Senior Champion. Guys, are
you going to let this happen?

Is PFS losing it’s shine?? 26 advisers did not achieve target – that is nearly 50% of the
team. Really a cause for concern…

Mahasen Govender of IFS achieved an individual all time high score for the month of
339103. No PFS adviser has reached that lofty score. 11 PFS advisers out of 24 advisers

in KZN are in the running for an invite to KZN Komkamp Convention in Cape Town.

November’s target is 3 144 000. It is the biggest target of the whole year. If we are to make
our target we need every adviser to contribute. We cannot drop the ball now. Please put
your shoulder to the whee, all I need is for each of you to individually deliver the score

target allocated to you. This is where the team needs to pull through. It is important to
remember that this is the last month that you can influence the size of your December
Bonus. Please also pay particular attention to lapses.
Congratulations to Pinnacle BlueStar who received the runner up award in Group 3 at the
Bluestar Conference.
