ICICI Bank Multicurrency Travel Card
Dear Customer,
Your ICICI Bank Travel Card e-Welcome Kit with the detailed usage guide,
FAQs and Terms & Conditions will be mailed to you on your registered e-mail
address. This is our endeavour to reduce the use of paper and make a
contribution to the “Go Green” initiative.

Getting Started:
Your ICICI Bank Travel Card (Primary Card) gets activated as soon as it is
loaded with the amount and currency availed by you.
Your ICICI Bank Travel Card can be used for:
POS transactions at Online Cash ATMs
merchant outlets transactions across the globe
You will receive real-time notifications through SMS and e-mail for your
transactions using ICICI Bank Travel Card*.
Please note that the Travel Card cannot be used for transactions in
India, Nepal and Bhutan.
Using your ICICI Bank Travel Card:
1 Using your Travel Card at merchant outlets
The merchant will dip/swipe the Travel Card at POS terminal and enter the
invoice amount
Select type of account as Checking/Current/Credit
Enter your 4-digit ATM/POS PIN (only applicable at Chip and PIN enabled
terminals)
Sign on the merchant copy of transaction slip
Collect your Travel Card, customer copy of transaction slip and purchase
invoice
*Subject to server and network availability. Please ensure that your contact details are updated correctly in the system.

2 Using your Travel Card to withdraw cash at international ATMs
Use your Travel Card at ATMs with Visa/MasterCard logo
Insert your Card in the specified slot and select language
Enter your 4-digit ATM/POS PIN
Select relevant option – Withdrawal/Balance enquiry
Select type of account as Checking/Current/Credit
Collect your Card and cash (and/or receipt, if applicable)
3 Using your Travel Card* for online transactions
Your ICICI Bank Travel Card comes pre-activated for online transactions
Log on to the international merchant website
Select Credit Card as the mode of payment
Enter Card details and billing information
Confirm to make payment
Reloading your ICICI Bank Travel Card:
Until the expiry of your Travel Card, you can reload your Card multiple times
online or from Branch.
1 Reload Online** using your ICICI Bank Savings Account
Visit www.icicibank.com/travelcard > Reload Online > Enter Card details > Make
Payment online using ICICI Bank Savings Account > Card loaded in 1 working day
2 Reload from Branch –
Self Reloading : Your Travel Card can be reloaded from any Forex enabled
ICICI Bank Branch, by filling up a reload form.
Remote Reloading : Your Travel Card can be reloaded from even when you
are travelling abroadby simply leaving a signed copy of the reload form,
authorisation letter and other required documents with a relative to submit it
to ICICI Bank branch.
*Your Travel Card can only be used on verified secure websites. Such websites require you to enter your CVV2 number
(3-digit number mentioned on the reverse of the Card near the signature panel).
**Service available only to ICICI Bank Savings Account holders. 3rd party and are not allowed, the Savings Account
used to reload the Card must belong to the Card holder himself/herself.
DID YOU You get a free Replacement Card with your ICICI Bank Multicurrency Travel Card,
KNOW: which can be used in case of loss/theft during your travel. So, remember to carry
your Replacement Card while travelling
Login to your online Self Care Portal:
With ICICI Bank Travel Card, you can manage your accounts online. What's
more, you get access to many convenient services from the comfort of your
laptop/mobile phone.
1 Here's how you can login for the first time:
Enter you 16-digit Travel Card number
Enter your 4-digit ATM/POS PIN
Define your User ID, Login Password and Transaction Password
2 Some of the most useful functions on your Self Care Portal are:
1 Change/regenerate your ATM/POS PIN
Login to Self Care Portal > My Profile > My Setup >Repin
You will receive your PIN through e-mail at your registered e-mail address.
2 Change/regenerate your online Login/Transaction passwords
Login to Self Care Portal > My Profile > My Set up > Change Password
3 View/download your transaction history
Login to Self Care Portal > My Account > Statements> Download
4 Temporarily block/unblock your Travel Card
To preventfraudulent activities,you are advises to block your Card temporarily
when not in use, and unblock it whenever required. You can also report
lost/stolen to block your Card permanently.
Login to Self Care Portal > My Account > Support Functions > Change Card

5 Deactivate/activate your Travel Card for online transactions
Your ICICI Bank Travel Card is activated for online transactions by default.
However, you may choose to deactivate your Card or set spending control for
online transaction.
Login to Self Care Portal > My Profile > My Set up > e-com Settings

Card Fees: Joining Fee - `150; Reload Fee - `100
Transaction Fee: POS and Online – NIL
Lost Card Replacement Fee: International location – USD 20.00, Indian location – USD 3.00
Cross Currency Fee or Mark up Fee is 3.5% + Service Tax
All charges are exclusive of Service Tax. Currently Service Tax is 14% effective from
June 1, 2015.

Important information:
Always carry your Replacement Card during your travels.
Do not keep your Replacement Card and Primary Card together for security
reasons.
Report the loss of your Card immediately, by calling our Customer Care.
Please block your Card temporarily when not in use for a long time, to
preventmisuse.
SMS alert facility is available only on Indian GSM/CDMA mobile phone
numbers. To receive alerts while travelling abroad, you must have
international roaming facility enabled on your registered number.
Some of the ATM acquirers charge additional fees for transactions at their
ATM. Please check this before usage.
During ATM, POS and online transactions, please select account type as
‘Credit/Checking/Current’.
Most ATMs are configured to display balance and dispense cash in the local
currency. In case the local currency is different from the currencies loaded on
your Card, cross-currency conversion charges may apply during transactions.
Do not use your Travel Card for pre-authorisation, initiating rentals while
checking-in at hotels or for making purchases via Telephone/Mail or in any
other 'Card not present' situation.
Do not let the merchant use the DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) option
while invoicing, in case you have your Card loaded with the local currency of
the country you are in. Please ask the merchant to settle the transaction in the
currency loaded on your Travel Card.
Please do not refresh/close the window while the transaction is in process
during online transactions.
