MESSAGE

Change is the only constant in life

As we approach the end of another academic year, I hope you build your own carousel of
memories with Bina Bangsa School. People come and go , seasons change but the memories

your create serve as your anchors throughout this journey.

Imagine for a moment, your first day of school , your first yellow form (ohhh I hope you don’t

get any), your first zoom class, sports activities, music concert and any other things that
gracefully spinning with each passing day. As we ride along, we encounter different people

who hop on and off this carousel of life. Some faces remain with us for a long time, , while
others may only stay for a brief moment. But here’s the important lesson: even though people

may come and go, the memories we make with them stay with us forever.

MRS. ZENOBIA Change is the only constant in life. Friends may move away, teachers may retire, and our own
SUBANDI journeys may take us to new place. It can be challenging to move on , however, it is in these

moments of change that we discover our resilience , adaptability and capacity to grow.

Remember, there is no party without an end. But it is the memories that we create at these school, the laughter, the tension, and the
moments of pure joy that linger in our hearts. These memories become the fuel that propels us forward, even when the party is over.

As you enter your new chapters in your lives, always hold onto the carousel of memories you have built. Cherish the ‘inside jokes’ you
created with your friends, the lessons learned from your Mr or Ms , and the experiences that have shaped you.

So, my dear BBS KJ Secondary & JC family , embrace change as the only constant in life. Embrace the carousel of memories you have
created. Enjoy your new season!

Warm wishes,

Mrs Zenobia Subandi

ACADEMIC BOARD DIRECTOR'S

MESSAGE
Dear students, parents and teachers,

The 2022-2023 marked a brand new start for the world and for the school after the pandemic reset.
We are excited and enthusiastic with vision set for us and the journey that entails. For the next three

years, Bina Bangsa School is going to focus on three strategic thrusts: Holistic education, vibrant
school culture, and having the heart, ability and capacity to contribute, we will manifest who we are

and what we have into making positive impact to the larger community. Our leaders internalize this

vision, our teachers are onboard for the great year ahead as the school moves towards another
milestone in the education journey.

Holistic education. We recognize while academic is important in preparing students for the modern

world, it is not the only facet of a school’s role in their development. For the next three years, we are
MS. YULIANA creating opportunities and learning experiences that aim to engage, enhance and inspire students to
PUSPITASARI
discover and grow in their talents.

Vibrant school culture. This school is our child’s, our teachers’ and whoever-are-in it’s second home. We spend so much time in school, why
not make great memories and create fun moments with one another? Our students show that it is possible for everyone to thrive and have

fun at the same time in this highly academic environment which also looks into the interests and passion of every individual and value

him/her as a unique, wholesome individual. Graduates of 2022-23, I hope that when you leave the school, the memory of your BBS days has
been something that you bring a smile to your face.

The last thrust is “impact to larger community”. The school measures its success to the extent of its positive impact on the community. We
are called to be an instrument of blessings to the world, for people around us and in particular, for our beloved country, Indonesia. To our

children, we no longer ask, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” rather, “what problems do you want to solve in the
community/world?” The bigger the problem, the bigger your influence and therefore your responsibility will be.

Graduates of class of 2022-23, I am honoured to have known, be a part of educators who prepare you for your future. I pray that you will
continue solving problems and making a difference in the world around you. For students who have gone through 2022-23 and continue to

be with us for year(s) to come, there will be exciting moments unfolding and we will make your school days the best days ever.

Love,

Yuliana Puspitasari

SENIOR PRINCPAL'S

MESSAGE Dear Students, Teachers, and Parents,

As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for our incredible school community. We
have faced unprecedented challenges brought about by the global pandemic, but through resilience, determination,
and unity, we have overcome and returned to school. I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest

appreciation for the unwavering support and dedication shown by each and every one of you during these
challenging times.

The post-pandemic era has presented us with new obstacles and uncertainties. However, it is in times like these that

our true character shines through. Our school has risen to the occasion, adapting swiftly to the changing landscape
and finding innovative ways to ensure the continuity of education. We have embraced technology and utilized online
platforms to facilitate distance learning, providing our students with uninterrupted access to knowledge and
fostering a sense of connection in a physically distanced world.

MR. LEE Furthermore, we recognize the need to prepare our students for the future challenges that lie ahead. The rise of
TING JIAN artificial intelligence and rapid technological advancements demand a flexible mindset and the ability to navigate

uncertain territories. Our school remains committed to equipping our students with the skills, knowledge, and

adaptability they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world. We are determined to stay ahead of the curve, incorporating emerging technologies into our
curriculum and providing opportunities for students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

None of these accomplishments would have been possible without the remarkable efforts of our teachers, whose dedication and creativity have shone through

during these trying times. Their commitment to delivering quality education and unwavering support for our students have been truly inspiring. I extend my
deepest gratitude to our teachers for their relentless efforts and unwavering commitment to our students' success.

I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to our students. Your resilience, adaptability, and determination in the face of adversity have been

remarkable. Despite the challenges, you have remained focused on your studies, maintained a positive attitude, and supported one another throughout this
journey. You are the driving force behind our school's success, and I have no doubt that you will continue to shine brightly as you navigate the path ahead.

Lastly, I would like to extend my gratitude to the parents and guardians who have been an integral part of our school community. Your unwavering support,

patience, and understanding have been invaluable. Your partnership with us, especially during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, has been a
testament to the strength and resilience of our school community. Together, we have created an environment that fosters growth, learning, and compassion.

As we look ahead to the next phases of uncertainty, I am confident that our school community will continue to work closely together. The road ahead may be

filled with new challenges and unforeseen obstacles, but I firmly believe that we will face them head-on, with resilience, determination, and unity. Our school
will remain a beacon of learning, innovation, and adaptability, preparing our students not only for the challenges of today but also for those of tomorrow.

Thank you and may God’s blessing with you all.

OUR PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

As the pages of this yearbook capture the essence of our journey together, I am filled with immense pride and
gratitude. We have witnessed a remarkable season of life, marked by the end of a two-year covid pandemic, the end

of online Zoom classes, and the returning back to onsite classes where we experience the incredible moments of
growth, friendship, and teamwork.

Teamwork is the thread that weaves through the fabric of our school community. It is the foundation upon which we
have built a nurturing and inclusive environment, where each of you has had the opportunity to shine and thrive.
Together, we have overcome challenges, celebrated achievements, and supported one another through both
victories and setbacks.
In the classroom, we have witnessed the beauty of collaboration as you worked together to solve problems, shared

ideas, and inspired one another. Whether it was a group project, a spirited class discussion, or a shared celebration
of knowledge, your collective effort has created an environment of intellectual growth and creativity.

Beyond the classroom, our extracurricular activities and school events have exemplified the true spirit of teamwork.
MR. RICHARD From sports teams, orchestra groups, clubs to community service initiatives, you have shown what can be achieved
HERAWATY
when individuals unite towards a common purpose. The dedication, perseverance, and support you have displayed
have not only led to incredible accomplishments but have also created lasting bonds and friendships.

I have had the privilege of witnessing your growth as individuals and as a community. I have seen you lift each other up, offer words of encouragement, and rally
together in times of need.

As we embark on the next chapter of our lives, let us carry the lessons of teamwork with us. Let us remember the power of collaboration, empathy, and unity. Let
us continue to embrace diversity, celebrate one another's strengths, and extend a helping hand to those in need. Together, we can create a brighter future for
ourselves and for those around us.

May God bless us all.

With sincere appreciation,
Richard H

PS: I would like to also express my deepest gratitude to each and everyone of you, teachers and staff. You have made all the above possible.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this journey through the academic-pandemic year, for inspiring me with your passion
in guiding the students, and for showing me the acts of kindness that have made our school

a place where everyone feels valued and supported.
