Project Objectives & Process

Big One Alliance PLT will assign a web project manager to oversee the project
and serve as a single point of for project communication. Big One Alliance PLT
project team will also consist of additional web developers and other support
staff members who will contribute as project requirements dictate.

Planning

Here the scope, requirements, and description of the final web site will be
determined and documented, including the overarching site goals, number of
pages, navigator, site hierarchy, merchandizing needs, language,
animations/graphics, and other specialized content.

Concept Design

Sketches and/or page mock-ups are created that reflect the general appearance
and the look and feel of the website for visitors. Once these are reviewed and
approved web development will begin.

Wordpress Installation & Setup

1st install WordPress, 2nd upload those files to [Customer Company]'s hosting,
using FTP. Then create a MySQL database and user and configure WordPress
to connect to the newly-created database.

Website Development

Web pages are created in the previously determined language (Wordpress) to
meet all the appearance, performance, and content requirements. (Ensures your
website looks great on all screen sizes and devices)

Web Site Review and Testing

The finished web site will be reviewed and all functional aspects tested (i.e.
forms, carts, browser, devices).

Acceptance and Project Completion

Once revisions and modifications resulting from reviews are complete, the web
site will be uploaded and go live and the Gold CMS project will be considered
complete.

Changes and Revisions

The estimate/quotation prices in this proposal are based on the time I estimate I
will need to accomplish everything that you have told me you want to achieve. If

you do want to change your mind, add extra pages or templates, or even add
new functionality, that won't be a problem. At that time, you will be provided with
an additional quote for the extra work.

Copyrights

You guarantee to me that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs,
trademarks, or other artwork that you provide me for inclusion in the website are
either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

When I receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as
follows:

You own the graphics and other visual elements that I create for you for this
project. I will give you a copy of all files and you should store them carefully as I
am not required to keep them or provide any native source files that I used in
making them.

You also own text content, photographs, and other data you provided unless
someone else owns them. I own the HTML markup, CSS, and other code and I
license it to you for use on only this project.

I also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of my
portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles, and in
books.

Payments

If [Company Name] wishes Big One Alliance PLT to go forward with the project,
here is the schedule for payments of the fee:

• 50% down payment due upon acceptance of the proposal before work
commences.

• 50% plus any incurred additional fees no later than 15 days from when
the completed design was delivered to [Company Name].

Acceptance

By signing below, you agree to accept this proposal for Gold CMS and any
modifications already agreed upon with Big One Alliance PLT. And I understand
that this is legally binding and can be used in a court of law.
