Plague Domain T hroughout history diseases and plagues has cause the downfall of many great civilizations. The gods of pestilence - including Loviatar, Incabulor, Iuz, Morgion and Talona - promote anguish and death through plague and diseases. Clerics of this domain are often feared and hunted throughout the lands for the devastation they cause as bastions of the plague gods. Plague Domain Spells Cleric Level spells 1st inflict wounds, ray of sickness 3rd blindness/deafness, protection from poison 5th feign death, vampiric touch 7th blight, death ward 9th contagion, insect plague Bonus Cantrip When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain the chill touch cantrip. Plague Bearer Also at 1st level, through your devotion and service to the plague gods your body gains immunity to all forms of diseases and resistance against poison. You gain resistance to poison damage, and have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned. Channel Divinity: Heart of Pestilence Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to inflict pestilence to your foes. As an action, you present your holy symbol and stills the hearts of your foes, hostile creatures within a 30ft radius around you must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a fail save the creature is poisoned and takes 1d8 necrotic damage + half your cleric level on the start of their turn for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns. Lingering Ailment At 6th level, when you deal poison or necrotic damage it pierces immunity and resistances, dealing an additional 1d6 necrotic damage on a hit. Contagions Strike At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with corrupting energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 necrotic or poison damage (your choice) to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8. Pandemic At 17th level, your devotion to the plague gods grants you the abilty to bestow a great disease upon your foes that manifest instantly. Once per day, you may choose any creatures that you can see within 60ft of you and bestow upon them a diesease that instantly takes effect.
