Preheat oven to 180°C.
Sauté the red onion in a pan until

Set aside to cool.
Cut up and mix all the cheeses
together in a bowl.
Add milk, eggs and season with

Take a round tart tin and spray

Take one phyllo sheet at a time
and lay inside the tin, brush with

Layer another sheet of phyllo
