What Is A Healthy Mind A Clean Heart The mind is a set of cognitive abilities including consciousness, perception, thinking, judgment, language and memory. It is usually defined as the thinking ability and consciousness of an entity. Mind comes from the English word mind. Some psychologists argue that only “high” intellectual functions shape the mind, particularly the intellect and memory. From this point of view, emotions namely love, hate, fear and happiness are more primitive and subjective so they should be considered different from such a mind. Some others argue that the various rational and emotional states are inseparable so, that they have the same nature and origin. So it all has to be taken into account as part of the mind. If anyone asks “I am not mentally ill. So am I mentally healthy? ”. Being mentally healthy does not mean being free from mental illness. Understanding the true meaning of a healthy mind is very important to us. According to the definition of the World Health Organization - WHO, a mentally healthy individual is able to maintain harmonious relationships with others as well as be able to participate in community activities. In addition, can contribute in the community. According to the Malaysian Mental Health Policy, mental health refers to the ability of individuals, groups and the environment to interact with each other to generate optimal well -being and function and use cognitive or intellectual, affective or emotional and relational abilities in achieving individual and group goals. In general, positive mental health can be detected when we are comfortable with ourselves, others and the environment and are able to meet the demands of life. A healthy mind can help us maintain good biological, social and spiritual functioning. You are able to achieve and maintain positive mental health by adopting a healthy lifestyle where eating a balanced diet and maintaining an ideal weight. In addition you can use the concept of reality or better known as the concept of Be Realistic where you need to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of yourself, aim for achievable goals and learn to accept what you can not change. In addition, you have to think positively and make wise decisions. Friends are also a way to maintain positive mental health by having friends to chat and laugh with. You can pretend not to feel anything but you still have feelings that we experience occasionally in life that is loneliness, loved, fear, sadness, helplessness and shame. It is not wrong if you express your feelings according to the place and situation because by hiding the feelings deep in the heart will further disturb your feelings. You can learn to deal with criticism well and learn to like yourself. Learn to say “NO” and plan for your future well. Accept the changes in life and build a happy family. 친구는 무슨 뜻인가요? chinguneun museun tteus-ingayo (What Does A Friend Mean?) The meaning of friend is the same as friend but has a deeper meaning. A friend is always with us whether we are happy or difficult. They will help us if we are in trouble. If the person we call a friend is only with us when we are happy and leaves us when it is difficult, then that person is not a friend. A friend is a person who understands and is willing to sacrifice for his friend in the face of difficulties or pleasures in life. Common friends are called Wali, Hamim, Shadiq, Shahib, Walijah, Bithanah, Khadzul, Khadn, Qarin and Khalil. In fact, a Muslim is advised to be careful in choosing with whom he is friends. A good friend will always lead us to the path blessed by Allah SWT. I will explain one of the Nine titles to a friend. According to surah al-baqarah verse 257; ("Allah is the Protector of the believers. He brings them out of darkness (disbelief) into light (faith).") The 257th verse of al-baqarah tells about the wali (representative). A friend is considered a saint because he represents us, is a protector, an advisor and is ready to help his friend in need of help. A friend will be a light for us to solve problems, when we make friends on the basis of always being close to God Almighty. In addition, surah Ali Imran verse 28, which reads: (“Let the believers not take the infidels as guardians by leaving the believers. Whoever does that, he will be free from the help of Allah, except because (strategy) to keep himself from something that is feared from them. and Allah warns you against Himself (punishment). and only to God return.")
