What is pronoun?

A Pronoun is a word that substitutes
for a noun or noun phrase.
A pronoun is used instead of noun to
avoid repetition of a noun and it may
take place of the name of a person,
place or thing.

What is personal pronoun ?

A personal pronoun is a pronoun
typically used to refer to a speaker

REFLEXIVE PRONOUNS

A reflexive pronoun is a pronoun used as an object
that refers to the same person or thing as the
subject.

RECIPROCAL PRONOUNS

that word reciprocal itself gives the meaning of
reciprocity, and the reciprocal pronoun is a type
of pronoun used to two or more people who are
the subjects of the same verb in a sentence.

There are only two reciprocal pronouns.

DEMONSTRATIVE PRONOUNS

A demonstrative pronoun is a pronoun used to
point to specific people or things. Demonstrative
pronouns can be used to refer to either people,
animals, or objects.

An indefinite pronoun is a pronoun that
connects random and non-specific beings,

Relative pronouns usually introduce relative

What is determiners ?

Determiners are used with nouns to clarify the noun.
They are used: to define something or someone.

to state the amount of people, things or other nouns.
to state possession.
to state something or someone is specific.
to state how things or people are distributed. to state
the difference between nouns.
to state someone or something is not specific.

Articles are used to clarify if a noun is specific
or not specific. They are used before the nouns
or adjective.

Quantifiers are used to the state quantity or
amount of something without stating the
actually number.

NUMBER

There are two types of number in English

cardinal ordinal

Cardinal numbers are adjectives that Ordinal numbers indicate rank or
indicate quantity. order of something.

(one, two, three, four, five, etc.) (first, second, third, etc.)
Ex. I have one dollar. Ex. This is the first time for me on
a plane.
A week have seven days.

number 1-10 used to write like thise
(one, two, three, etc.) but number
more than ten we use the digits
(55, 56, 70,....., etc.)

Distributive
Adjective

Distributive adjective modifies a
noun or pronoun. There is always a
noun next to the distributive
adjective.
Ex. (1) Each boy was given a
chocolate.

(2) Every women was washing
clothes.

(3) Is there any coffee in the pot?

Distributive
Pronoun

Distributive pronoun is used as a
subject or object in the sentense.
There is never a noun next to the
distributive pronoun.
Ex. (1) Each of us will get a pen.

(2) Any of them can attend the
meeting.
