เปา้ หมายตามกลยุทธ์หลกั 4 ประการ คอื
1. เพ่ิมพนู ผลกระทบ (Increase our impact)
2. การขยายการเขา้ ถึง (Expand our reach)
3. ส่งเสรมิ การมสี ่วนรว่ ม (Enhance participant engagement)
4. เพ่ิมขีดความสามารถในการปรับตัว (Increase our ability to adapt)
และเพอื่ ให้บรรลุตามกลยุทธด์ ังกล่าว ภาค 3330 โรตารสี ากลจงึ ได้กำ� หนด
เป้าหมายเพ่ือนำ� ไปสู่การปฏิบัตใิ ห้สัมฤทธผ์ิ ลดังน้ี
การบรหิ ารจัดการสโมสร
1. การบรหิ ารงานของ ภาค 3330 โรตารสี ากลแบง่ พน้ื ทกี่ ารบรหิ ารสโมสรออก
เป็น 31 พื้นที่ โดยมีผชู้ ่วยผูว้ า่ การภาคเป็นผู้ประสานงานและให้คำ� แนะน�ำ
ในแต่ละพื้นที่ภายใต้การก�ำกับดูแลของผู้ว่าการภาค โดยมีประธานและ
คณะกรรมการฝ่ายต่างๆ สนับสนุนการด�ำเนินงานและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ
ของสโมสรและของภาค
2. การสอ่ื สาร การประสานงานและการกำ� กับดแู ลของทุกฝ่าย จะเนน้ การใช้
สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในการด�ำเนินงานอย่างมี
ประสทิ ธภิ าพ
3. สง่ เสริมใหท้ กุ สโมสรใน ภาค 3330 ใช้งาน My Rotary และ Rotary Club
Central ตลอดจน Rotary.org เพ่ือน�ำความรู้และประสบการณ์มา
พัฒนางานของและสโมสรได้
4. ปรบั ปรงุ เวบ็ ไซต์ภาค3330ใหเ้ ปน็ ปจั จบุ นั อยเู่ สมอและจดั ทำ� สารผวู้ า่ การภาค

In rotary year 2020-2021, District 3330, Rotary International,
will maintain the operation to fulfill 4 strategic goals, as follows:
1. Increase our impact
2. Expand our reach
3. Enhance participant engagement
4. Increase our ability to adapt
To achieve the above strategic goals, District 3330, RI has set the
following goals for the successful operation:
Club Administration
1. Our district administrates clubs by dividing it into
31 areas. The Assistant Governor of each area will
coordinate and recommend to the clubs in his/her area
with the supervision of District Governor and support
by Chair and various Committees for operation and
activities of the clubs and district.
2. Communication: we shall emphasize on electronic
media and online social media in our coordination and
supervision for the effective operation.
3. Encourage all clubs in the district to use My Rotary,
Rotary Club Central, and www.rotary.org to utilize the
learning and experience in developing the district and
the clubs.
4. Continually improve and update the websites of
district 3330. District Governor’s monthly letter will be online.

5. Encourage all clubs to operate for achieving the goals
of the club, district, and RI, eventually to get the Citation
from RI President.
6. Encourage all clubs to arrange the club meeting, club
assembly meeting, club board meeting, and club general
annual meeting.
7. Encourage the clubs to set meetings for their 5 years
strategic plan and review/update at least once a year.
Memberships
1. Increase the new members at least 15%
2. Retain current members not less than 90%
3. Establish at least 2 new clubs
4. Target memberships net growth at 5% of total member
ships of the district.
Rotary Foundation
1. Encourage members of all clubs to contribute to The Rotary
Foundation for all fund types not less than USD.580,000.
2. Encourage members of all clubs to contribute to PolioPlus
Fund not less than USD.45,000.
3. Encourage members, 15 Major Gift Donors to contribute
at least USD.10,000.
4. Encourage all clubs to contributeto the Rotary Foundation.
5. Set one program of Vocational Team Training.
6. Set Scholarship Program to offer one scholarship for an
undergraduate student who is outstanding in learning but lack
of financial support.
7. Encourage to have at least one program for Rotary friendship
exchange.

Service Projects
1. Support and encourage the club to initiate at least one service
project for community and at least one project of vocational
support to the community.
2. The club cooperates with RCC to create at least one activity
or project
3. Support the clubs to perform Global Grant at least 25 projects.
4. Support the clubs to perform District Grant at least 30 projects.
Public Image
1. Support and encourage PR of club news and activities through
electronic media and online social media and also by traditional
media in the community i.e. newspaper, TV, PR signboard, etc.,
at least once a month.
2. Support and encourage the club members to learn and utilize
the resources in Rotary Brand Center for enhancing Rotary
public image at least one activity.
3. District Public Image and Awareness cooperates with the clubs
to initiate at least one project.
New Generations, Youth Service
1. Establish at least 3 community-based Rotaract clubs, and at
least 2 community-based Interact clubs.
2. Appoint the Rotaractor to be Co-Chair of the District Rotaract
Committee.
3. Maintainstatus ofRotaract Clubs and Interact Clubs,not less than
95% to be in good form.
4. Support and encouragesponsor Rotary club, Rotaract Club, and
Interact Club to joint initiate at least one activity or project
5. Encourage to have 25 long term youth exchange students.

6. Encourage to have 5 short term youth exchange students.
7. Organize RYLA training aiming 350 youths to attend.
District Budget and Finance
1. Preparedistrict annual budget for the rotary year cycle.
2. Arrange for reporting and certifying the financial statements of
District, District Rotary Foundation, and Youth Exchange
Foundation during annual District Conference.
3. Arrange for the internal and external audits to ensure continued
good practices of the district budget.
District Meetings and Conference
1. Encourage Rotarians to participate in all levels of District
meetings and conference.
2. Organize various meeting programs to fulfill the achievement
of 4 strategic plans of Rotary International.
RI Convention Promotion
1. Appoint the Immediate Past District Governor to Chair RI
Convention Promotion Committee.
2. Encourage Rotarians to attend various RI meetings i.e. Zone or
Regional meeting.
Others
1. The Governor will propose the appropriate nominee for TRF
Distinguished Service Award and the appropriate nominee for
Citation for Meritorious Service.
2. The Governor will propose the appropriate nominee for RI
Service Above Self Award.

How to submit the club achievements for award contest
Section: Membership

1. The clubs that could increase membership for 3 consecutive years as
a highest percentage of the District for the top 3 - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank
(from Rotary Year 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021) will be awarded.
2. Anyclub retaining 100% membership and increasing membersat least
by 20% will be awarded.
3. The club with the highest percentage of membership net increases:
awardto one club of each 4 classifiedgroups.
4. Every sponsor club and everynew club adviserwho successfully
establishing new club and having received RI chartered certificate within
28 February 2021, will be individually awarded
5. The club members who sponsored the top 3 highest number of new
members (1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank, considering on the number of new
members).
6. The club with the top 3 highest percentage number of existing members
who could sponsor new members: award ranking 1st, 2nd & 3rd
(The membership as of 1st July 2020 will be used as a base in percentage
calculation).
7. The club has created the best plans, guidelines, and procedures of
inducting new members that are consistent with the concept of the RI
President (refer to the RI President’s message) and conveyed the
confidence of sustainable new members: award to 3 clubs of each
4 classified groups.
Remark: The clubs have to submit the official report for the above
achievements.

8. Any club of which all members create My Rotary Account and member
profiles. Record day/month/year of birth of all club members, and report
in My Rotary, the names of 5 club officers, and the executive secretary
will be awarded. (Based on the data as of 28 February 2021).

Section: Rotary Foundation

1. Any club that submitted(1) Request DDF for District Grant Project (2) District
Grant Application (3) Closed Report – District Grant Project within the
3 specific time-frames will be awarded.
2. Any club that requested to use DDF by applying for Global Grant as
the host partner, a club member was the primary contact and that Global
Grant Project had been approved by The Rotary Foundation (the project
may not be completed in 2020-2021) will be awarded.
3. Any club donated at least USD. 1,500 toPolioPlus Fund will be awarded.
4. The clubs donated the highest amount to PolioPlus Fund will be awarded:
award to one club of each 4 classifiedgroups.
5. The clubs with the highest total contribution to The Rotary Foundation
Annual Fund (non-particularized the fund types) will be awarded: award
to 3 clubs of each 4 classified groups.
6. The clubs contributed to The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund
(non-particularized the fund types) with the top 10 highest average per
member will be awarded (no limit to the number of donated members).
7. The Clubs with the highest contributions to all Rotary Foundation Funds
(Annual Fund, Endowment Fund, PolioPlus Fund) will be awarded: award
to3 clubs of each4 classified groups.
8. Any club that every member contributed at least USD.100 to The Rotary
Foundation Annual Fund (non-particularized the fund types)
(100% RFSM Club) and total amount of contributions exceeding those of
last year, those clubs will be awarded.
9. Any club that every member contributed at least USD.25 to The Rotary
FoundationAnnualFund(non-particularizedthefundtypes)andtheaverage

contribution per member must not less than USD.100 (100% EREY Club)
and total amount of contributions exceeding those of last year, those
clubs will be awarded.
10. Rotarian who is the major gift donor, contributed at least USD.10,000
to any fund types of the Rotary Foundation, will be awarded.

Section: Club Administration

1. The clubs best operated according to RI standards (award to3 clubs
of each 4 classified groups)with at least following criteria:
• Arranged club meetings, Club assembly meeting, club board meeting
and club annual general meeting prior to 31st December 2020 and
enable to nominate the President Elect who will be on duty in 2022-2023
• Set 3-5 years strategic plans
• Paid district fee within 31st December 2020 and RI semi-annual fee
(invoice dated 1st January 2021) within 28th February 2021
• Organized Classification survey and prepare reports by members’
classification and available vocations in the community.
Remarks: Clubs have to submit the official report on the achievements of
the above criteria
: The District Governor’s evaluation from the official visit and Assistant
Governor’s evaluation will be combined with The District Award Committee’s
consideration
2. The Clubs that registered online (within 28th February 2021) for the
highest number of members to attend the District Conference 2020-2021
will be awarded: award to one club of each 4 classifiedgroups. (the clubs
in the province organizing the meeting will not entitle award of this category).
3. Any clubs with at least one member who is not the member of District
Governor’s Advisory Council, had registered to attend RI convention
within 28th February 2021 will be awarded.

Section: Service Projects

1. Opening Opportunity’s Awards (OOA): Any club performedat least one
service project according to the community’s need and emphasizing any
or multi areas of Rotary six area of focus will be awarded.
2. The clubs that initiated the sustainable and valuable service project by
using the concept of Global Grant as the guidelines in performing their
project (the club of which the member usedhis/her professional
knowledge to be part of the project’s performance, special consideration
will be given to that club): award to 3 clubs of each4 classified groups.
3. The club project which is the best combination of 5 avenues of service
concept, cooperation from various clubs or RCC, Rotaract, Interact,
YE, Rotary alumni or other organizations will be awarded:award to 3 clubs
of each 4 classified groups.
Remark : The District Award Committeemay use their discretion to offer the
consolation prize to the clubs that submitted their achievement report under
the condition of item No.2 and 3, if deserved.
4. Any club that enabled to establish RCC within 28th February 2021 (having
received the RI chartered certificate) will be awarded.
5. Any club that enabled to establish Rotaract Club within 28th February 2021
(having received the RI chartered certificate) will be awarded.
6. Any club that enabled to establish Interact Club within 28th February 2021
(having received the RI chartered certificate) will be awarded.
7. Any Club that supported or sponsored youth exchange either long term
or short term program will be awarded.
Remark: Achievement, as described in item no.1, 2, and 3 must be submitted
by official report according to the format on “How to submit the club
achievements report for District award”

Section: Public Image

1. The club performed the unique project that promoted the public image
and best presented the Rotary brand image: award to 3 clubs of each 4
classified groups. (If it is the continual project, it should demonstrate
supplement and/or the expansion of the project servicing area)

Remark: The clubs have to submit the official report for the achievements
according to the above condition.
2. The Club that used their actual photo on the template from Rotary Brand
Center in order to best publicize the club and their activities in every
channel, the top 3 best publications will be awarded by 1st, 2nd, and
3rd ranking.
Remark: submit the achievement with the report describing: the proper use
of the photo with the template, how and which channels having been used
for publicity.
3. The club that best publicized their activities by broadcasting in TV, cable
TV or news report (with activities photo) in nation-wide or local newspaper:
award to 3 clubs of each4 classified groups.
Remark: Submit the achievement with the reportshowing the activities
performed according to the above conditions, attached CD if publicized
through TV or Cable TV.
4. Any club reported the closed successful project in “Rotary Showcase”
in order to promote the public image will be awarded.
5. Any club promotes the wish-to-do project idea in “Rotary Ideas” for
finding the interested sponsor to join in the project will be awarded
(though no positive feedback received)
6. “Rotary Environmental Care” Award: The club encouraged the members
to cooperate with RCC, Rotaract, Interact, YE, Rotary Alumni or other
public or private organizations, various civil societies to handle the
concrete and sustainable project for environmental care, reducing
the pollution will be awarded: award to 3 clubs of each 4 classified groups
The District Award Committee may use their discretion to offer the consolation

7. The club posted in social media, their performed service projects that
are truly demonstrated their concrete projects by partially using the
concerned photos with the template from Rotary Brand Center with
the hashtag #opensopportunities#Rotary D3330. The award 1st, 2nd, and
3rd ranking will be given to the post with the top 3 highest viewers by
considering the number of likes and shares.
8. Photo Contest: Photos while performing the club’s service activities
• Photo content: i.e showing people in action, with Rotary Logo
• Photo Size: 12”*18” (inches) placing on hard paper or future board
size 14”*20”(inches)
• Not more than 2 photos for award consideration
• Naming the photo and photo explanation as appropriated.
