30 Day Challenge

An exceptional score can change your entire life. Helping individuals get the results they desire to meet their credit repair and credit building goals.

30DAY

CHALLENGE
an exceptional score can change your entire life

30DAY

CHALLENGE

STEP 1 - CHECK YOUR CREDIT

If you have not checked your credit, go here >> https://bit.ly/CkMyCredit
You will need a copy of all 3 reports and all 3 credit scores.
If you check your credit and your credit scores are less than 720, continue the monthly
monitoring service until you have reached the 720+ credit scores. Every 30 days you will
have the option to refresh your credit report to see any progress made.

30DAY

CHALLENGE

STEP 2 - CREATE YOUR STRATEGY

There are 3 major credit bureaus - TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. Plan your
strategy to reach each credit bureau and what you will need to dispute with each one of
them. The contact information for each of the 3 credit bureaus are:

Equifax Experian TransUnion
P.O. Box 740256 P.O. Box 4500 P.O. Box 2000
Atlanta, GA 30374-0256 Allen, TX 75013 Chester, PA 19016
1-800-846-5279 1-800-493-1058 1-800-916-8800

STEP 3 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Have you updated your personal information with each of the 3 credit bureaus? If not,
check your credit report and verify that all of your personal information on your credit
report is correct and current.

1. YOUR NAME - Only your current legal name should be reporting on your credit
report.

2. ADDRESS - If you have multiple addresses, remove them. Only your current address
should be listed. Advise the representative that you have not lived at those addresses
and you would like to have them removed.

3. EMPLOYER - Only list your current employer. Old employers need to be removed.

When getting pre-approved for a home or credit of any kind, you want to look stable to
your lender. Too many addresses and employers are a sign of instability and could
cause a delay or denial of your loan.

STEP 4 - INQUIRY REMOVAL TIP

If you have inquiries on your credit report, try the following and see how many you can
get removed. DO NOT attempt to remove any inquiries that are connected to credit card
accounts you have open and active. This could result in your account being closed.

1. Select a bureau to work on over the next 3 days.
2. For example, you will work TransUnion first. Make a list of all your inquiries on your
credit report for TransUnion that are not connected to an open and active account.
3. Call the bureau and ask to be transferred to the fraud department.
4. When you are connected to a representative, let them know you have reviewed your
report and you have inquiries that were not authorized that you would like to have
removed immediately. Let them know before calling them you spoke with each company
and they could not give you any information regarding the inquiry; therefore, you are
calling to rectify the matter.
5. If asked did you file a police report, state why would you do that when the police
cannot help you; they cannot, which is the reason for your call.
6. Try to match all your inquires done around the same timeframe. Only dispute 7 or
fewer inquires at a time. Too many inquiries are a sign of financial troubles. Get them
removed and you will increase your approval odds.

STEP 5 - SURPRESS YOUR CREDIT FILE

Did you know that there are other 3rd party bureaus that provide details of your credit
profile to businesses about you? Below is a list of them. Call them and ask to freeze your
credit profile. This stops the credit bureaus from accessing your information which can
help increase your deletion rate.

1. Advance Resolution Services (ARS): 800-392-8911
2. Clarity: 866-390-3118
3. Core Logic: 877- 532-8778
4. Factor Trust: 844-773-3321
5. Innovis: 800-540-2505 - https://www.innovis.com/securityFreeze/index
6. Lexis Nexis Opt-Out: 888-497-9172 - https://optout.lexisnexis.com/
7. MicroBilt: 888-222-7621
8. Lexis Nexis/Sage Stream: 888-395-0277 - https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/freeze

STEP 6 - LIST YOUR NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS

Go through your credit report with a highlighter. Highlight all of your negative accounts
and make a list of the negative accounts that are under each credit bureau. The account
could be open, closed, or paid off. As long as it is a negative account, it needs to be
removed.

1. Collections 5. Bankruptcy

2.Charge Offs 6. Foreclosre/Short Sale

3.Late Payments 7. Lien

4. Repossessions 8. Judgements

5

30DAY

CHALLENGE

STEP 7 - HOW MANY POINTS DO YOU NEED?

Your goal with credit repair should be to remove your negative accounts and to
increase your credit scores to 720 minimum. Based on your 3 credit scores, how
many points do you need to reach the 720 goal?

Equifax - Your current score _______
720 - _______ = ______ Points Needed

Experian - Your current score_______
720 - _______ = ______ Points Needed
TransUnion - Your current score ________
720 - _______ = _______ Points Needed

STEP 8 - CREATE YOUR DISPUTE LETTERS

Below is a sample dispute letter. Read the letter, and be sure to add in a statement
based on your individual situation. When dating your letters, set your date 15 days from
the date you create your letters. If today is January 2, 2021 date your letters December

CHALLENGE

To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit
information.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), you are required by federal
law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any
and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting
services could fax, mail, or email in a fraudulent account.

I demand to see verifiable proof (i.e.: an original consumer contract with my signature on it)
that you have on file for the accounts listed below.

Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the
FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of
the verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below.

I demand that the following accounts be validated or removed immediately:

Account Name Account Number Amount
Repossession (company) 125478214xxxxx $12,502.00
$2500.00
Tax Lien 125365 $6000.00
Nelnet Student Loan 9856321xxxxxxx

In addition, please remove all non-account holding inquiries over 30 days old. Also, please
add a promotional suppression to my credit file.

Under federal law, you have thirty (30) days to complete your re-investigation. Be advised that
the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the
information is hereby requested as well, to be provided within fifteen (15) days of the
completion of your re-investigation.

DOB: 00/00/0000
SSN: 111-11-1111

RE: FAILURE TO RESPOND TO DELETION/CORRECTION LETTER

To Whom It May Concern:

On [insert date of the first letter], I sent a letter requesting that you reinvestigate or delete
disputed items from my credit report as well as place a temporary removal of these items
from my report during the investigation period. As of this date, you have failed to respond to
my request. A copy of my original letter is attached for your review.

The law stipulates that you must investigate within 30 days of receiving my letter and respond
within 5 days of completing your investigation. You have not followed the stipulations of the
law.

I may suffer damages because I need to rely on an accurate and complete statement of my
credit record. I demand that you remove the disputed items from my report immediately, as
you have failed to comply with the law. Otherwise, I will contact the Federal Trade Commission
and advise them of your apparent disregard for consumer protection laws. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please contact me at the address noted above.

Thank you.
Sincerely,

STEP 10 - ESCALATE YOUR CREDIT REPAIR

When you file your dispute letters and you have an account that was not removed, file a
dispute with the CFPB (https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/) and see what they
are able to help you get removed.

STEP 11 - BUILD YOUR CREDIT

When building your credit, you want to use credit to build wealth and become
financially free. Here is a strategy to help you to use credit cards to earn free travel.
Once your credit scores have increased over 640 or higher, apply for the 3 credit cards
listed below to start building your credit. All of the scenarios below are promoting the
use of credit wisely. Just think, if you did not have these credit cards, you would use the
cash in your bank account. Since the funds will be in your account, when your bill for
each of the credit cards is due, pay them in full each month and repeat the process.
This is how you use credit cards to get a free vacation each year.

30DAY

CHALLENGE

1. Airline Credit Card – Based on the airline you fly with, apply for their credit card.
Once approved the card will come with a number of airline points you could use for
free travel. Build on the points you have and use your card to pay your monthly
expenses (i.e., rent, auto insurance, electric, cable, internet, or any other expenses you
may have). When your bill arrives, pay it in full.

The Goal: When it’s time to plan your vacation, you will have accumulated enough
points to book a free flight based on the number of points you have, the points
needed, and the small fee you pay. See below; the fee will be paid from another
card.

2. Hotel Credit Card – Based on the hotel you like to stay at when you travel, apply for
their credit card. Once approved the card will come with a number of hotel points you
could use for free nights at your hotel of choice within the hotel brand for the credit
card you have. When you receive your credit card you will use it to pay for gas and
groceries. When your bill arrives each month, pay it in full.

The Goal: When it’s time to plan your vacation, you will have accumulated enough
points to book free nights at your hotel of choice.

3. Cashback Credit Card – Select a credit card that offers cashback for your purchases.
This card will be used for your personal use. Based on the amount you spend each
month you will accumulate enough cashback. Instead of applying the cashback to your
bill, keep the cash on file until you are ready to book your vacation.

The Goal: Use the cashback you’ve earned over the year to pay the fee for your
flight you reserved with your airline points. If you have an excessive amount in
your cashback account, that’s money you could use for shopping and excursions
on your trip.

CHALLENGE

STEP 12 - TRADELINE

A tradeline is a line of credit that the borrower has held open in good standing for a
long period of time, typically at least 2 years.
If you have low credit scores and need to increase your scores quickly, get added to a
tradeline. A tradeline can increase your scores by 20 to 200+ points in 30 days or less.
There are 2 main factors to selecting a tradeline:

Age – The older the tradeline, the more points a user can achieve when added. This
is a great option is you have no credit or very little credit. When added this would
give the user instant history.
Limit – Tradelines with high limits are great for users that have credit cards of their
own but have high balances and need to lower their ratios. When added, this card
will increase the user's credit scores.
Price – The price of a tradeline could range from $350 and higher. The older the
tradeline or the higher the limit, those are the main factors to drive up the price of
the tradeline.
How much time is needed? – When added to a tradeline, the user would have 60
days to benefit from the account.
Card Access – The user only gets access to the history of the card, not access to an
actual card to use.
Bonus: One of the best benefits to getting a tradeline is it allows you to apply for
more premium credit cards of your own which will increase your approval odds,
higher limits, and lower rates.
