ELECTROMAGNETIC LOCKS

Electromagnetic locks or maglocks consist of a powerful
electromagnet mounted on the door frame and a counterplate
mounted on the door. Once activated the electromagnet holds fast
to the counterplate and the door remains closed. Two LED’s informs
at a glance whether the electromagnetic lock is open or closed.

Fire Protection for the
most vulnerable

Door holders are used on swinging self-closing doors.
These can be found in hospitals, schools, nursing
homes as well as other public buldings and are used to
automatically isolate an area in case of fire. Since these
are very sensitive places, a reliable door holder is key.

These doors are heavy fire-blocking doors that are
kept open and closed only during emergencies. To
add an extra layer of safety magnetic door holders
have a holding force of 600 N and a manual red switch
which allows for instant closing of the doors.

In this day and age where minimalism is so in vogue, it is lights
pretty usual to have glass swinging and sliding doors even in Consumption at 12 V DC:
the most sensitive of work environments. ELECTRO 2A (start up) and 0,5A (operating)

Shearlocks are excellent for this kind of doors because they magnetic Timer:
combine magnetic and mechanical forces to create a holding Adjustable from 0 to 25 seconds for
force five times higher than your average maglock, reaching both locking (T1) and unlocking (T2)
up to 15.000N! This makes the Series SH a perfect candidate

Most electromagnetic locks come with two LEDs that inform

you will be able to detect when your shearlock is not properly
engaged at a glance.
