ไปจนจบ ทา นจะไดร บั ความรอู ยา งครบถว น โดยทา นควรปฏบิ ตั ติ ามขน้ั ตอนตอ ไปน้ี

1. อา นจดุ ประสงคก ารเรยี นรู แลว ทา นจะทราบวา เมอ่ื เรยี นจบบทเรยี นนแ้ี ลว
ทา นจะสามารถทาํ อะไรไดบ า ง

2. ตอบแบบทดสอบกอนเรียน ตามความเขา ใจของทา นเองไปกอ น แมค าํ ตอบ
จะผดิ บา งกไ็ มเ ปน ไร ถา ทา นศกึ ษาบทเรยี นตอ ไป ทา นจะตอบไดถ กู ตอ งในตอนทา ย

3. บทเรยี นนเ้ี สนอเนอ้ื หาเปน สว นยอ ย ๆ เรยี กวา “กรอบ” ตอเนื่องกันไป
4. บางกรอบ จะมแี บบทดสอบใหท า นไดท ดลองทาํ เพอ่ื ตรวจสอบความเขา ใจ
ขอใหท า นเขยี นคาํ ตอบลงในกระดาษเปลา ทท่ี า นควรจะเตรยี มไว

ตอไปได

Tag Questions เปน ประโยคคาํ ถามอกี ประเภทหนง่ึ ที่ใชเมื่อผูพูดมีความมั่นใจในการ
กลา วครง้ั แรก แตก ย็ งั คงมคี วามไมแ นใ จอยบู า งเลก็ นอ ย จงึ กลา วเปน คาํ ถามตอ จากการกลา ว
ครง้ั แรก เชน

You are John, aren’t you? (คุณคอื จอหนไมใชเ หรอ)
= ผูพูดมีความมั่นใจวาผูที่พูดดวยคือจอหน แตถามย้ําอีกครั้งเพื่อใหแนใจวาใชหรือไม
He isn’t a singer, is he? (เขาไมเ ปน นกั รอ งใชม ย้ั )
= ผูพูดมีความมั่นใจวาผูที่เขาพูดถึงไมเปนนักรอง แตถ ามยาํ้ อกี ครง้ั เพื่อใหแนใจวา
ใชหรือไม
Tag Questions จะประกอบดว ย 2 สว น คือ
1. สว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ
2. สว นทา ย หรอื Tag
เชน You are John, aren’t you?
(1) สว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ คือ You are John
(2) สว นทา ย หรอื Tag คือ aren’t you
He isn’t a singer, is he?
(1) สว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ คือ He isn’t a singer
(2) สว นทาย หรอื Tag คือ is he

กนั ตรงทค่ี าํ ถามแบบ Tag Questions เปน คาํ ถามทผ่ี ถู ามคดิ วา ตนทราบคาํ ตอบอยแู ลว สว นหนา

หรือประโยคนําจึงแสดงถึงความคิดหรือความเขาใจของผูถาม ดงั น้ี
1. ถาผูถามคาดวาจะไดคําตอบวา Yes จะใชส ว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ เปน ขอ ความท่ี

เปน บอกเลา เชน
You are John, aren’t you? (คุณคอื จอหน ไมใชเหรอ)

= ผูถามคาดวาผูที่พูดดวยคือจอหน และจะตองไดคําตอบวา Yes แนนอน

2. ถาผูถามคาดวาจะไดคําตอบวา No จะใชส ว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ เปน ขอ ความท่ี
เปน ปฏเิ สธ เชน

John isn’t a singer, is he? (จอหน ไมเ ปน นกั รอ งใชม ย้ั )

= ผถู ามคาดวาจอหนไมเปนนักรอ ง และจะตองไดคําตอบวา No แนนอน

เชน I am playing with John, aren’t I? (ตรงกบั ขอ 1, 3, 4, 5 และ 6)

คํากริยาในสวนทาย หรอื Tag จะตอ งสอดคลอ งกบั คาํ กรยิ าในสว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ
โดยแบง ออกเปน 3 ลกั ษณะ ดงั น้ี

1. ถา ในสว นหนา หรอื ประโยคนาํ มี Verb to be คาํ กรยิ าในสว นทายหรอื Tag กจ็ ะตอ งเปน
