INTRODUCTION First thing first I want to introduce myself as Siti Farah Nadiah Binti Saleh and I am a secondyear student at USIM. For this semester I took AEN3183 DA’WAH ELECTRONIC AND CAMPAIGN and was taught by Mrs. Norsimaa. Honestly for this subject there are many things that are taught to run a campaign either physically or online where different types of platforms are used to deliver da'wah. For this course, I need to join the Malaysian Learning Services-University for the Community (SULAM) which is part of the content of AEN3183 ELECTRONIC E-DA’WAH AND CAMPAIGN. So, all the things I learned are actually very important to be included during the SULAM program which is together with students from SMAP Labu and SHAMS and it is held at Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Tasik Jaya (STAJA). The students are form 4 students namely Akma, Noradilah and Aqil. Apart from that, to achieve my goal of being able to successfully complete this project, I have given the best commitment based on knowledge from learning in the classroom. This SULAM project has given me something new such as being responsible and trusting in completing assigned tasks, thinking critically and creatively, honing speaking skills and so on. therefore, to deliver a campaign that has an interesting message, we have agreed to discuss the issue of Pergaulan Bebas Menyebabkan Keruntuhan Akhlak with the students. Last but not least, by following the SULAM Program, it can help myself and also the students from SMAP Labu and SHAMS to get to know each other and build a close relationship even for a moment.
CRITICAL REFLECTION ‘BEFORE’ First thing first, before I start to explain of our SULAM project, I was attended a few weeks of classes where we learned about e-Da’wah and Campaign. Our lecturer named Dr. Norsimaa taught us several subtopics like Introduction to e-Da’wah and e-Campaign while we were being explained about the SULAM project. The explanation shared by our lecturer is very clear and easy to understand. All of the explanation are very important for us to apply at our project and make our SULAM project success. Next, we have been divided into 20 groups and I was placed in the 15th group. In my group there were 9 members. On May 9 was our first meeting, and before we proceed with the main agenda, we conducted a self-introduction session since we are different courses and classmates. Irfan who played as the role of director and Amani as a vice director and secretary. Next, Farah, Intan, Intan Maisarah and Najwa was in charge as a content and multimedia units, while Natrah, Iqbal and Mursyid was in charge as a registration, protocol, and technical units. After the self-introduction session, we start our discussion by divided appoint a position for each member and continue with divided the tasks to each member and discussed the content to be carried out. Here is the chart of our chart organization which is all of us have their own position. For the first meeting, we gathered at Starbucks Mesa Mall to discuss the issues we will implement for the SULAM project. There are several issues that we would like to focus on, but the issue of free association is the most suitable issue for us to address the students. This is said to be so because today’s young generation is more easily influenced by their peers and their environment which can cause unwanted things to happen. On May 23, 2023, we held the 2nd meeting which was held at Sapoora Book hub from 9:00 pm until 11:00. I was unable to attend this second meeting due to health problems. However, our secretary has been informed about all the matters discussed. Among the things that have been discussed are related to infographics and videography where they need to be confirmed with members of the technical department. In addition, we also discuss matters related to our body content that are appropriate to the issues to be discussed.
Next, it will take place with the 3rd meeting which is on 11 June 2023 where two days before the SULAM project will be carried out. We held this meeting at two different locations, namely at Marry Brown and KFC. The issues we discussed for 3rd meeting is related to the body content that will be carried out with the students while there. This issue has been debated by me because I am the member in charge of the body content section and is supported by the rest of my group. We have discussed several activities that will be carried out with students from SHAMS and SMAP Labu, among them ice breaking, building buildings using straw, interview sessions and acting. Those activities have been agreed by all of us to be carried out there. Our meeting that night stopped at 12.30 a.m. and dispersed. Not only that, but we also held a meeting for the last time which was the day before the SULAM project was carried out on June 13, 2023, and was held at the USIM library level3. We continued our meeting agenda by recording the acting actions that we had discussed. Among them, the impact on bullying activities and falling in love at young age. the purpose of these acting actions carried out before the day of the incident is to facilitate our editors to update Tiktok videos easily and can be submitted within the specified time period. Therefore, our discussion went smoothly and ended at 10:00 pm.
CRITICAL REFLECTION “DURING” On 14 June 2023 SULAM project was carried out at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tasik Jaya (STAJA) and it also involved students from SMKA Sheikh Haji Muhd Said (SHAMS) and SMA Persekutuan Labu (SMAP LABU). We were assigned with 3 students consisting of two girls and one boy. Before starting the main activity, we have chosen a surau to carry out this SULAM activity. The first thing we did was make a self-introduction session led by me and helped by other friends. Each group member is required to sit in a circle with the younger siblings from SHAMS and SMAP LABU schools. This is for us to get to know each other and strengthen our relationship with each other. we are required to introduce ourselves with our name, place of residence, study stream and colour that symbolizes who we are. Next, I continued the session by explaining the content of the acting that will be carried out. After the self-introduction session activity is over, we continue our event with role-playing activities. As we have already informed the students, they are required to act together with the other members of my group. for male students they were asked to act out bullying and the effects of bullying, while for female students, they acted out the role of a girl who fell in love at a young age and the effects of dating. As the play progressed, it could be seen that every member of my group gave a very good commitment. Although there was a friend of mine, Iqbal, who was initially unable to join us in carrying out this activity together because he was assigned to take care of the exploration booth, but after completing his task, he also contributed energy in completing this role-playing task.
Next, we continue with the meal and Zohor prayer agenda. We were given one hour to rest, have lunch and pray before continuing with the next activity which is a relaxed interview about the program being conducted. While the video editing team, namely Farah, Amani, and Shauqi chat casually and ask about the activities carried out that day. We had time to ask if these activities were fun and not boring for them. We also open questions to the 3 students to ask things that are outside the scope of our activities that day. For example, they had time to express their feelings and ask for advice on how to divide time to study, how to correct a friend's mistakes, and also ask questions related to USIM. The casual chat session lasts 15 to 20 minutes. After that, we continued with the closing activity together with the students. For this activity, we made a banner stop bullying and avoid promiscuity so that it can be shown in the TikTok video. We were instructed to gather at 3pm for the closing session which was officiated by the vice chancellor of USIM and followed by the presentation of prizes to the best winners. Finally, we had time to take pictures with the group members and students from SHAMS and SMAP LABU before dispersing and returning to USIM. CRITICAL REFLECTION “AFTER” We returned home at 4pm after all the programs went smoothly. While waiting for the bus to arrive, I had time to lend my energy to help tidy up the library area a little and we left for home at 4pm. Because I was tired, while on the way I fell asleep for a while until I got to USIM. Although I feel tired because I have run this SULAM program, I feel very happy and less stressed because I can meet other students and can share my views and advice with them. Furthermore, I also continue to record some part of behind-the-scenes video submission. For that time, I need to send all the videos to the editor, so that they can edit and complete the task.
Besides that, on the 4 July 2023, we have a postmortem together with all students AEN3183 and Dr Kartini with Dr. Norsimaa. We received a lot of positive comments about our projects and also we got a certificate of participation. Last but not least, because of we forgot to make a video with the students, two of my teammates decide to meet them at SMAP Labu and the others help to arrange how to interview them like prepare a interview question.

CONCLUSION In making Project SULAM a success, many things taught me from various aspects. Before I knew what the SULAM project was, I felt that this program was burdensome and unsatisfactory, but after bringing satisfactory results, I felt that all the effort and time I spent on meetings and so on paid off and was not in vain. In addition, it can also improve my speaking skills and my confidence to socialize with people out there. I was also able to learn new things such as editing, appropriate applications to spread the campaign, and also how to create content for the knowledge to be conveyed. Therefore, this SULAM project is a very fun and helpful program to increase contacts.
