UnitCenter was established in 2015 with the goal to
provide high quality cost e ective services, as a nancial and
commercial company, including nancial web services as well
as telemarketing, customer support services, technical support,
accounts management ect.
The company mainly deals with the design and imple-
mentation of promotional campaigns using all nec-
essary tools as direct marketing or through alter-
native forms that o ers online marketing.
Today we have a team of highly quali ed
professional operating employees
from our facilities in Albania,
Kosovo, Austria, Ukraine. Even
within a timespan of just
three years, we have

Unitcenter Sh.p.k. was estab-
lished in 2015, as a company that
o ers telemarketing services (ou
bound/inbound) for a large group of
brands, national and international.
The company deals mainly with the design and imple-
mentation of the promotional campains using all the nec-
essary tools like direct marketing or via alternative forms of
online marketing! We also have been very active with BPO
and other Contact Center organisations. In particular with
the Albanian Bussiness Services Association (ABSA) is a na-
tional employer organization created on voluntary union of
BPO sector emplyers (subcontracting services sector, call
center, real estate, consultancy etc) in Albania. The associa-
tion ontends to become a private sector partner in relations
with the Albanian state on creating network and internation-
la expansion for BPO services providers in Albania. Trying to
facilitate foreing investment in Albania and promote the
BPO as a sector that boosts employment in various
cities of the country and o ers career opportunities
for young people.
