Dear Jeremy Ranch Members,

Were has the summer gone? I noticed the leaves changing the other day and could not believe it is
already fall! This is my favorite time of the year to play golf. The leaves are changing, nice cool
temperatures and a golf course that is in fantastic condition! Summers seem to go faster and faster
each year.

Now that fall is upon us, it is time once again when we hold the Annual Jeff Einhorn Memorial Employee
Golf Day. This year, it will be held on Monday October 21st. This is the day that all the employees get to
enjoy the golf course, have a good meal and participate in our employee raffle. This tournament is a
way to say Thank You to the front line staff that helps make Jeremy Ranch a great place to be a
member. We have about 50 employees and we try and get enough raffle items so everyone goes
home with something nice. If you are interested in donating to the cause, please drop off your
donations to the business office by the 18th of October. We are always looking for gift cards, tickets
(Jazz, Bees, Utes, etc.). If you have Cougars tickets, you can just keep those (ha ha, just kidding)!

We have some exciting things going on in the F&B department in October. Chef Isaac and the team
has put together some theme nights each week that I think you will enjoy. Taco Tuesday, Italiano
Wednesday (pizza and all you can eat pasta) and Prime Rib Thursdays (see the flyers for details).
We will also be having specials every weekend. Keep an eye out for the weekly email going out on
Wednesday with the weekend specials! As many of you already know, we have added pizza to our
menu. Pizza is available Tuesday through Sunday for lunch (11-5pm) and after 5pm for carry out as well
as on Wednesday Night during Italiano Night!

Seeking Board Nominations

Dear Jeremy Ranch Members:

We are currently seeking nominations for the 2020 Board of Governors for Jeremy Ranch Golf &
Country Club. You can submit a nomination for a fellow member or self-nominate.

Keeping in mind the following:
As a Director you play a larger role than just attending regular Board meetings and running a
committee. Your actions are more visible and subject to criticism than when you were a club
member at large. Comments you make publicly will often be interpreted as the word of the
Board itself, and not just your personal view. Board Members have a responsibility to serve as
ambassadors of the Club by promoting a positive outlook on the affairs of the Club. You should
plan to participate in as many functions of the Club as possible and encourage others to do so.

The effectiveness of the Board, and indeed you as a member, will hinge strongly on the degree
of teamwork and mutual respect the members give one another. Your decisions should be
based on what you truly feel is in the best interest of all members and the Club as a whole.
At meetings, you would need to remember that your fellow directors will be as sincere in their
beliefs as you are. Even if you disagree, you would need to attempt to analyze their position
dispassionately before making a decision. Action can only be taken by a decision of the
majority of the Board. As a director, you must respect the confidentiality of other members,
especially of actions taken in the executive session. Public display of distrust or dislike of fellow
members would be counterproductive and inappropriate.

We strongly encourage any members who are interested in the betterment of the Club to
participate in an active role on the Board of Governors. The Board members meet once
per month with the JRGCC Management Team to get updates and finances from each
department manager. A complimentary dinner is served for each meeting. Occasionally, the
board members and managers will get together to play 9 holes before the meeting - got to
have some fun too!

We are seeking to fill three positions, which will be voted by the members at large, unless we
only have three candidates - in which case no vote is required. In order to participate on the
Board, you must be a golf privileges member in good standing.

Dear JRGCC Members:

The golf season is drawing to a close here at Jeremy Ranch and the leaves are
changing. Fall always seems to sneak up on you when you are in the mountains and
this year has been no different. Memorable moments abounded this season and I am
sure next year will hold many more.

It is that time of year again where we will be selling demo clubs, rental clubs and select
stock clubs at blowout prices! That also means if you have any demo clubs that are currently in your
bag, please return them. Any demo clubs that have been checked out this season need to be returned
by October 15th or they will be charged to your account.

I would like to remind all of our members that you need to spend your hard-earned winnings (credit
book) by December 30th. We still have a great selection of summer and fall clothing, golf clubs, shoes,
and accessories to fill your seasonal and holiday needs. Please remind your guests that have gift cards
that they will need to spend their winnings by December 30th as well. All special orders that are using
credit books or gift cards must be completed by December 15th.

I would also like to remind members that all Guest 10 Packs expire at the end of the season.
Guest 10 Packs do not carry over to 2020. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this.

The club and course will be closed on Monday, October 21st for the annual Jeff Einhorn Employee
Tournament. Thank you for your understanding.

We appreciate the great participation in this year’s club events and look forward to an exciting 2020.
Professionally staffed play on the simulator will begin in early December and the fun golf experiences will
continue throughout the winter months. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your
experience at Jeremy Ranch more enjoyable.
