Innovo is set to revolutionize the construction industry, bringing creativity, innovation, technology and the most
advanced manufacturing methodologies to disrupt the traditional construction practices.
Established in 2019 by the UAE’s leading construction conglomerate, ASGC, Innovo provides turnkey solutions that
include fully integrated and advanced design and build value engineered construction solutions.
ASGC is a vertically integrated corporation established in 1989 and has grown progressively during the last
3 decades.
ASGC owns the majority of its supply chain with10 subsidiaries each specializing in specific construction services
and products allowing ASGC to utilize mostly in-house resources, giving it a high degree of control over its projects’
life cycle.
Today, ASGC is a multi-national contractor with over 18,000 employees and an annual turnover exceeding $1 billion.
ASGC has constructed many of the city’s iconic projects – Coca Cola Arena, MBR Library, Etihad Museum, Blue
Waters Residences, Expo 2020 Sustainability Pavilion, City Walk and even Lamcy Plaza.

Hard Precast Building Systems (HPBS)

HPBS (Hard Pre-cast Building Systems) delivers
“Total Precast Solutions” from design & value
engineering to manufacture, logistics and installation
of precast cement products. HPBS supplies precast
concrete products on a large scale, both to ASGC and
also to third parties. The company’s production facility,
located in Dubai Investment Park, is one million sq.ft.
and utilizes the latest pre-cast technology from market
leaders such as Avermann (Germany), X-Tec (Finland),
Wiggert (Germany) and Konecranes (Finland). The
factory’s production capacity is 150,000 m3 per year and
has a strong fleet of 106 trailers & trucks.

Hard Block Factory (HBF)

HBF (Hard Block Factory) is a leading manufacturing
conglomerate established in the UAE to meet the
increasing demand for quality products in the booming
construction market. With the production capacity of 1
million m2 a year, HBF manufactures all kinds of Masonry
& Hourdi blocks, Paving blocks and Sholin blocks for the
construction industry in the region. HBF management
put quality and customer satisfaction as its first priority.
HBF products are approved by Dubai Municipality,
Public Work Department, Nakheel Development, Emaar
Properties, and many other clients and international
consultants in the region.

Emirates Beton (EB)

Emirates Beton was established with a view to perform
actively in the niche high-performance concrete sector.
With the production capacity of 5,000 m3 a day, EB has
grown into one of the largest ready-mix producers in
the UAE. EB caters to a wide variety of applications that
include tower, residential, commercial and industrial
construction. It specializes in the design, production and
supply of ready-mix concrete using highly sophisticated,
tried and tested processes. EB’s forte lies in their
reputation for unmatched accuracy along with superior
consistency, offering customers the most efficient and
comprehensive cement related products.

Al Shafar United-Electro-Mechanical Engineering (ASU)

ASU was established in 2007 as part of the ASGC
Group. It is a key supplier of MEP services to a
number of leading contractors in the region. ASU is an
important component of the Group’s value chain and
is an excellent example of ASGC’s successful vertical
integration model. ASU has a strong track record
of successfully completed government and private
projects. The majority of the company’s projects are
for reputable developers such as Emaar Properties,
Meraas Development, Dubai Properties, and others.

Al Shafar Steel Engineering (ASSENT)

ASSENT is one of the region’s leading companies in the
field of structural steel design, engineering, fabrication,
painting and erection. With a fully-covered and insulated
production area in excess of 100,000 m² the company
can produce up to 120,000 tonnes of steel structures
per month. Using highly sophisticated technology, the
company complies with all international standards
for quality and accuracy of production. The ASSENT’s
portfolio comprises of high rise commercial & residential
towers, shopping malls & leisure centers, refineries,

Al Shafar Interiors (ASI)

With 27 years of experience, ASI is a fit out and joinery
solutions contractor. The company possesses extensive
experience in all aspects of the planning design and
construction process. Professional teamwork, expert

the art woodworking factory manufacturing doors,
