Beth is an architectural, interior, and food photographer specializing in
the hospitality industry. She offers comprehensive photography, custom
designed to meet the unique needs of your property. Beth has well over
200 happy clients, from charming country inns, to five-star restaurants
to upscale resorts and spas.

I have been working as a
professional photographer
for the past twenty years.
My academic background
in art and architectural
history, and a professional
background in museum
photography provided me
with an eye for good color,
composition, and field – all
critical components of top-
quality photography. I serve the hospitality industry, offering
comprehensive photography services including interiors, exteriors,
lifestyle, and food. I place a premium not only on the quality of the final
product, but in the working relationships I build with each client. I am
fortunate to be able to call many clients ‘friends’ and thoroughly enjoy
the process of working collaboratively with each one. I am experienced,

How does this work?

After you have decided to invest in professional photography, we will have an
initial conversation to get to know each other and for me to understand the
property and your goals. We will discuss the scope of the photo shoot, share
ideas, and look through your current website or image library together.

Then we cover the logistical and financial details – I will send a proposal with an
all-inclusive project price. This could be anything from a local half day shoot
starting at $1200 to a six day shoot with airfare and car rental in $15,000 range.
We have done it all! I ask for a 25% deposit so I can put you on my calendar and
guarantee the dates for your shoot.

As the shoot approaches, we will have as many conversations as necessary.
We’ll put together a shot list, a schedule, and discuss props, staging, styling,
food, weather, etc. I will give you all sorts of tips and tasks and lists so you are
100% ready for our arrival.

The project price will include my assistant (my sister!), travel costs, meals and
incidentals, postproduction and editing, delivery of high-res photos, and the
rights and usage of those images. We typically end up with 10 – 15 very strong
shots per day that we’re there.

I ask for $50% of the project price at the end of the shoot, then the final 25%
after the photos have been edited and delivered. When I receive the final
payment, the photos will be downloadable. I’m always here for you if you need
additional edits within reason and within my ability, if you need anything resized
or delivered to someplace in particular.

We are easy and fun to work with, collaborative, approachable, respectful, and
drama-free! In addition to delivering superior photos, I am committed to planning
and executing a photoshoot with as little stress for the innkeeper as possible. It
is a big investment, and I fully believe that the process, from beginning to end,
should be fun, busy, exciting, and enjoyable .
