HLA MDRT 2024 BUILDER RECOGNITION [12 months qualification period] ELIGIBILITY: All agency leaders QUALIFYING PERIOD, QUALIFYING CRITERIA & REWARDS: Qualifying Period & Criteria Rewards Minimum 5 qualifiers* of MDRT 2024 ▪ Recognition with trophy during Day 1 AAP 2024 Not inclusive of leaders who qualify under personal sales. TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. For HLA 3-year premium payment term plans, the production credit is 25% of all HLA PREMIER MDRT 2024 challenges. 2. For USA MDRT 2024 membership qualification, the production credit is 100%. 3. In addition to the production requirements, it is a pre-requisite by MDRT that an agent must be a member of and in good standing with NAMLIFA in order to apply for USA MDRT membership. Company only provides benefits stated herein to those who have registered and accepted as MDRT certified members. 4. For AAP rewards, AAP Full Package equates to AAP / Sales Convention and Gala Dinner. All awardees will be entitled to one prize of the higher category if he/she achieves more than one reward for the AAP entitlement. 5. Life Member will be recognized only in AAP Newspaper Advertisement (Not MDRT Advertisement) and entitled for AAP Full Package (AAP/Annual Sales Convention/Gala Dinner) without accommodation. 6. All cases computed for this challenge including RTUO must not be withdrawn or cancelled, or else the premium collected will be excluded from the qualifying criteria. If the required production falls below the qualifying criteria, he/she shall be liable to refund the full cost of the reward to the Company. 7.
