The Importance Of Idiom

 Idioms help learners to encounter and understand the workings of natural
human language; that is, they help them to gain a deeper knowledge of the
creative expression of human thought and language development over time.
... In fact, all languages use idioms to express the realities of daily life.

Also include these
reasons too

I’m getting
hungry

Learning idiomatic expressions
by non-natives leads them to
better English proficiency, help

their second or foreign
language seem more native-

like, and more creative.

Proverbs are Questions, so many
defined as a well- questions! For once in
known sentence your life, will you JUST

that is used to
give advice to the

other person.

Importance Of Proverbs

Oh dear…

 They often contain expert advice, with a role for HIPPIE TIME!
educating the readers on what they may face if they do
something. Since proverbs are usually metaphorical and
indirect, they allow writers to express their messages in a
less harsh way.

Proverbs are wise sayings that give
advice about life. They are the gems
of wisdom. We may sometimes not

understand a big lecture but we
understand a small proverb very easily

because the truth they speak can
span the globe. They can also give a

greater potency to what is being
conveyed.

Example Of Proverbs
