ABOUT US Founded in 2007, JML Design

Concepts is a growing boutique
architectural and project

management firm with head office in
Cebu City, Cebu and auxiliary office in

Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila,

headed by Architect Jennifer Rose

Mendoza-Livelo. We are a team of

architects, interior designers,

engineers, interns and technical
support staffs whose primary aim is to

provide proficient architectural

services and solutions to a wide range
of clientele.

Our design philosophy is to
maintain a mindful understanding of
our clients’ wants and needs and
translate them into a well
comprehended composition of
design and drawings. JMLDC goes
beyond expectations as we are
dedicated first and foremost in making
our clients happy and satisfied with our
services.

Throughout the project process,
we become a team with our clients
because we believe that every
project should be a collaborative
effort. We make design planning and
project managing fun as we welcome
new and refreshing ideas without
disregarding important principles of
design and project management.

With our well-rounded and
collaborative team, we have been
successfully delivering various projects
located across the country with clients
both local and abroad.

OUR STORY JMLDC’s founder, Jennifer Rose Mendoza-Livelo, is a

registered and licensed Architect, a member of United
Architects of the Philippines (UAP) and a graduate from
University of Santo Tomas, where she received a Bachelor of
Science in Architecture in 1998 and took the board exam the
following year. She is also a certified BERDE professional.

Before starting her own practice in 2007, she had a
diverse working experience from architectural firms, property
developers, project management and purchasing groups.
She worked for architectural firms handling projects ranging
from residential to institutional projects and government
structures outsourced from foreign firms. She then moved on
to work for developers, one is part of the purchasing and
bidding department as materials quality control handling
commercial and residential high-rise projects in Metro Manila.
Another field she had ventured into was as a technical
supervisor for construction of a telecommunications
company.

It was in 2004, when she moved to Cebu City and
became the project manager head of a Cebu based
developer. This honed her skills in handling projects from pre-
design phase, purchasing and bidding to actual construction
and turnover, with varied experience in process management
and administration. From a one-man team, to having a few
interns, to eventually having a full force design team, Ar.
Jennifer ventured to project management in 2013 that
stemmed from residential and commercial project
management projects and eventually handling high-rise
projects as well.

Today, for almost two decades, JML Design Concepts
with its young professionals, continue to grow with various
design and project management projects across the country
specializing in Residential, Corporate, and Commercial.
