Fully Vaccinated Status

• All teachers, support staff, parents and all eligible individuals in
the student households must be FULLY VACCINATED.

• Booster Shots must be obtained to retain FULLY VACCINATED
status.

Routine Self Test

• All Self Test kits must be KKM and MDA approved.
• All other ages must submit own self test results.
• Whistling tests are recommended for young children.
• Self test result must be submitted by Google Form.
• A clear photo of the self test kit marked with the Full Name of

person tested and Test Date must also be submitted.

Routine Self Test

• From 7th March 2022 until further notice, all teachers and support
staff shall undergo routine self test every 7 days.

• After every long break, ALL Households attending physically are
required to present 1 STUDENT & 1 PARENT Self Test Result 1 day
before starting school.

• MOE has directed min 10% students to be self tested weekly and
we are stepping it up by dividing students into 2 groups ie. Group
A & Group B, whereby students are to self test every 2 weeks.

When & Who to Self Test for Covid-19?

When & Who to Self Test for Covid-19?

• IF the student is unwell, the student must undergo self test. Fever/
symptoms must NOT be present for 24 hours after the last
paracetomol feed before returning physically.

• IF the family member is unwell, the family member must undergo
self test. The family member must fully recover before the student
can return physically.

• All students who are new or have been absent for more than 1
week are requested to self test before attending physically.

TSC Travel Advisory

• IF the student and family travelled interstate with own vehicle, the
student may return physically on Day 3 provided that there are no
symptoms for the whole family & self test for the student is
negative.

• Except in cases whereby only the parent travelled interstate with
own vehicle and the student remained at home, the parent must
also self test for Covid-19.

• IF travelled interstate with public transport (eg. flight/train/ bus),
quarantine is extended to 7 days & self testis requested 1 day
before returning physically.

What-Ifs…

• IF self test is positive, PCR test is required immediately for verification.

Centre will close immediately pending PCR results.

• IF PCR is Positive, quarantine for 14 days and receive KKM clearance

before returning physically.

• IF there is close contact with a Covid-19 positive case, self test

immediately; quarantine for 10 days and self test again before returning
physically.

• IF there is casual contact with a Covid-19 positive case, self test

immediately before returning physically. Should symptoms appear, PCR
test is advised.
